Despite pre-paying weeks ago, my ticket was rejected and payment of £130 demanded (I paid c £40 for 3 days. Had to reverse, go to machine and ring somebody to get out. Poor show after a long journey.

Your information was very confusing added to the fact I had requested a wheelchair for my wife and did not happen even when returning from Canada

Too expensive and no toilet on site. Transfer to airport took more than 15 minutes. It’s safe to say l’m disappointed

Dear Sir/Madam, it's Lorenzo Viora and I used your parking as you can see from email below. I've been charged the right amount (£57.99) on 26th June 2018, but I have also been charged £36.49 on 3rd July 2018 (both as Edinburgh airport CD 4312). When exiting the car park, the machine said I owed £45.00, despite my having prebooked online. The intercom on the machine was not responding, so I had to go back and look for someone to talk to, but found no-one. I managed to speak to someone and had to dig out my reservation, and was finally allowed out. The registration number on my ticket was different from the registration number I had booked. Very frustrating after a tiring day.

Don't see the point of the new parking 'express' option. We had to wait when dropping the car off and then when picking up the car it was quite a distance away from the key collection office. It would have been far quicker and less hassle to just go and park the car and take the bus as per normal. Who does this actually benefit? The customer or Edinburgh Airport Parking?

Parkes in the long stay as directed and instructed on the email... was then unable to exit without asking for help. Then told I should have parked in the multi storey..I'd downgraded apparently... I also find the signage terrible...doesn't appear before the roundabout but on a sign to the right on the roundabout..

The signage on approaching the carpark is extremely poor. I ended up in the drop off zone and had to find a pound coin to exit and drive round the block. On returning from holiday the machine at the exit asked me to pay a balance of £350, despite me prepaying. I then had to wait for an operator to answer my call while a queue formed behind me. Not good enough.

Although arrival was a bit confusing and someone was not immediately available to help, coming back was the problem. Our car wasn’t ready to go, despite our plane being slightly late. Then we discovered the valet hadn’t happened - had to go back to the kiosk and ask - then they told me they don’t do valet services, never have. I’d paid his upfront, online weeks earlier. No mention on arrival or collection that this was a problem despite reminding them on arrival we had booked a valet as stated on the booking. Money has not been returned yet and promised email apologising not arrived yet either. Not too impressed with our first experience here and unlikely to use again.

Purchased the express deal and frankly it was no better than parking myself in previous years. I will not be using that so called "service" again.

Service was not as advertised. Office was unmanned on our return. Disorganised, mainly due to lack of staff who were interested to assist. Only one man to book out cars who was apologetic and willing to genuinely assist. Definitely not a quality service or value for money!

No guide on confirmation as to procedure when you arrive. I took a ticket and then had to debate with a car park worker as to what I should have gone when I arrived. Delete the blurb about how close the car park is to the terminal and add instructions as to what to do on arrival!

Booked a mid stay parking spot for June 14. Arrived to chaos at Edinburgh airport at approx 3pm. With no warning could not access mid stay parking due to accident on prior day. Used call button and was given access to short term parking however entered grid lock in parking lot. There was no one apparently directing chaos from parking authority although police blocking mid stay parking were somewhat helpful as we were unfamiliar with airport. Circled for nearly 45 minutes to find spot as cars could barely move due to congestion. Not impressed. Did finally manage to get a spot and had to find office to validate parking spot. Upon return June 18, visited office again to clear plate number before leaving without issue. While I realize accident had occurred - communication to those with bookings would have aided greatly along with enhanced traffic coordination.

I tried to change the pickup time after my initial booking, from 4pm to 2pm. The person I spoke to in the phone said hat would all be fine, then when dropping the car off I reminded the man taking our details that the pickup time should be 2pm rather than 4pm, he said it was all fine- he asked for our flight numbers, so they could clearly have been able to tell that our plane arrived back at he back off 1pm, but he car wasn’t here ready for collection at 2pm.

Although parking had been prepaid, on exiting on June 26 ticket machine at barrier indicated that the sum of £350 was outstanding. There was no apparent way of contacting parking operators and it was only through the assistance of a taxi driver after some time that we discovered a non-illuminated button which rang through to the parking operators who were able to rectify the problem.

Parking arrangements fine but very disappointed to be hit with a supplementary Charge after being delayed fir 4 hours in Copenhagen. You must know when flights are delayed and so could easily elect to waive the extra charge.

I have done a booking for long term parking. Some reason i couldn't find this booking from internet nether the live chat. So i did a new booking. Still i got a message that i had two payed bookings? When leaving from parking area, i couldn't get out and the system asked to pay 130 pound extra, why even i had a booked and payed parking?
