“Wasn’t able to exit car park easily. Barrier stayed down and asked me to pay £330 after I’d already booked and paid online. I had to call from the exit and give my details. I was then able to leave ok once the operator had checked.”

I would certainly choose this option again and have already recommended it to other friends.

“Very pleasant and reasonably priced experience of parking our car for our holiday. Parked our car in morning, no more than 3 minute wait for shuttle bus to take us short journey to airport. (Also provided free 1 hour parking in terminal car park on evening before for early bag drop off). Shuttle bus was waiting at stop when we arrived home to take us back to car. Will definitely use again.”
“We used the Plane Parking option and found it to be an excellent service. The bus transfer was very quick, and we never had to wait long for a bus. I’d highly recommend this option. However, for anyone with walking difficulties, it’s worth noting that there is a walk between the bus stop and the terminal in both directions, and the return walk from the terminal back to the bus stop is slightly uphill.”
“Booked as a disabled guest. Confirmed at drop off disabled but on the return journey car was parked at the furthest away space in car park. Would have been better booking bus transport. Waste of money for booking to use the car park selected.”

“It worked well enough but on exit I was asked for payment of £260 despite my prepaid purchase, having said that a short conversation via intercom worked fine and we got out OK, but it was after midnight and pouring, I could have done without that.”
