“We arrived early morning and it was dark. We were greeted at the gate. The gatekeeper noticed that we had a blue badge and directed us to park close to the reception building. We unloaded our luggage and mobility scooter and were helped by another staff member to register the car keys. A third member of staff turned up to park the car and we were off on our holiday.
The return was straight forward, scan the QR code, retrieve the car key and walk to the notified parking space.
Very efficient and the 7 day parking was cheaper than paying for two taxis.”

“Borderline abusive treatment at checkin with claims being made that I had no booking and was not eligible to enter, even when a valid booking was shown with a clear match on the car registration and time. Service marginally better on return, only having to wait twice at barriers to try to exit”
“Very well signposted to the different car parks. Within the multi-story there is signage to tell you how many spaces there are on the level which saves a lot of time trying to find a space to park”
“I arrived at the barrier expecting it to read my number plate it didn't and I had to take a ticket. I new that when trying to get out this would give me a problem because this has happened to me already. I eventually got out after talking to the parking attendant. No apology. Not professional. Walking surface to terminal not smooth.”
