“When we went for our keys, the machine said that they weren’t ready despite our flight having a delay and the app for our car saying that it had been moved an hour before we arrived.”

“Wasn’t able to exit car park easily. Barrier stayed down and asked me to pay ÂŁ330 after I’d already booked and paid online. I had to call from the exit and give my details. I was then able to leave ok once the operator had checked.”

“Very pleasant and reasonably priced experience of parking our car for our holiday. Parked our car in morning, no more than 3 minute wait for shuttle bus to take us short journey to airport. (Also provided free 1 hour parking in terminal car park on evening before for early bag drop off). Shuttle bus was waiting at stop when we arrived home to take us back to car. Will definitely use again.”
“We used the Plane Parking option and found it to be an excellent service. The bus transfer was very quick, and we never had to wait long for a bus. I’d highly recommend this option. However, for anyone with walking difficulties, it’s worth noting that there is a walk between the bus stop and the terminal in both directions, and the return walk from the terminal back to the bus stop is slightly uphill.”
“Booked as a disabled guest. Confirmed at drop off disabled but on the return journey car was parked at the furthest away space in car park. Would have been better booking bus transport. Waste of money for booking to use the car park selected.”
