“I’ve used the multi storey car park every time I’ve flown from Edinburgh AirPort and I will continue to do so. There is peace of mind that your car is safe while you’re away and getting fast track through security is a real bonus. The only thing that was different this time around is that a number of spaces on every floor had been “coned off” and I only just found a space to park as it was very busy.
I had a family bereavement while I was away and asked the staff to assist with this and this was handled very professionally, so a massive THANK YOU.”
“Your carparks are clean and secure (which is the minimum one should expect). Your pricing is another matter. I tried to amend a reservation to start one day earlier. Couldn't be done. I had to cancel the original booking (made months in advance) and lose my discount, then rebook at the standard rate. Your cost for simple drop off/pickup is absolutely outrageous. Charging me to deliver a customer to your airport is morally dubious. And charging nearly a tenner is disgraceful profiteering.”

It was extremely comfortable for us too after our return flight to Edinburgh three days later. “Easy access and smoth transfer to the terminal. It was busy so was hard to find space but after few minutes managed to find one. Definitely my favourite parking at airport.”
“Plane Parking. Used to pick up conveniently outside terminal. Now have long walk. Only one with bus. Rest of reasonably priced car parks have even longer walk back to car. Not as good as it used to be. Can’t fault drivers but it so inconvenient. But long walk from plane through concourse then long walk to bus stop is tiring.”
“Parking was very easy as we needed disabled bay managed to get one , we did not hand in keys as never was mentioned.
Only problem was on leaving car park
Entered our number a good few times but no joy had to use buzzer and wait on the Gentleman checking all our details. That only down side”
