“Everything worked, but the signage needs improving. From the signed walking route to the Plane Parking bus stance, no sign is easily visible - it faces the opposite side of the road. A sign on the right-hand end of the Plane Parking covered bus stop, facing the pedestrian route from the terminal exit, should be added. The lettered signs for the parking zones are too small to see in darkness and rain from the drop-off bus stop in the car park, and are unlit. It is necessary to cross through ranks of parked vehicles to get from the stop to the zones like A and B on the other side of the parking lot. No throughway for passengers with larger wheeled bags has been provided and the gaps betweeen parked cars can be narrow, risking passengers with luggage damaging cars. An access path crossing the lot from the bus shelter is needed. Other than this, the courtesy bus service is fast and efficient and runs in a timely way, with friendly courteous driver.”
