I found I was unable to go on holiday due to illness and as I had made a booking to park my car at the airport while on holiday contacted them to transfers my booking or to reserve it for a future holiday. I was informed that this could only be done by making an immediate booking and transferring one to the other. Given that I was unwell making a further booking was the last thing on my mind and so I lost the money from the booking. We are talking car parking here, not flights or accommodation. Will now reconsider flying from Edinburgh. It would be cheaper to fly from Glasgow and go to the airport by taxi. They don’t charge for cancelled bookings. A disappointed user of Edinburgh Airport.

Another 'driver' ran their car along the side of mine and damaged it while I was out of the country. No cameras - bit of a problem. A few hundred pounds to put right - so not a happy customer!

When leaving the long stay car park just before midnight, the barriers didn't recognize my prepaid ticked. One cannot see in darkness which of the buttons on the ticket machine is for the intercom. Took a while of try and error to find the right button. Problem was then resolved but this is something you can work on.

I pre-booked so everything was paid for upfront. When we left, the machine presented us with a bill for +£200. Thankfully it was sorted out, but this isn't the first time that's happened

We had Pre booked and pre paid and presented our ticket in the slot as required. We were asked to pay £325.00 which was sorted when we pushed button for assistance and gave our Reg No. This should not have been necessary so somewhere along the line the system did not work. I think you need to investigate reliability. Something similar happened to us last year. We are frequent users of the Long Term Car Park and this has dented our faith in it.

For the second time on return home, our number plate had not registered. Machine asked for £385 . Not a good system.

I was pleased with the booking process. Shortly after I made the booking the airline changed the times of the flight which meant I would be 4 hours later dropping off and picking up my car. I went online to change the times to find that I would have to cancel my booking and rearrange which would cost me a £10 admin fee plus the price of the stay had gone up. I had an online conversation with someone from the team. This person said they would add a note to my booking so that I wouldn't be charged the £14.50 late return fee. However, my flight was an hour late in leaving Beziers and when I drove up to the exit, firstly only one was working, and I was charged £16.50 to exit. I pressed the call button and no one answered. I paid the money eventually. I will never use this service again and I will not be advising anyone else to.

We were so far from terminal, I could have used Secure Airpark's off site parking cheaper. I did not realise I would have been so far away from the terminal

I booked a space in the multi storey with fast track. Our flight home was delayed by 2.5 hours. So we exited the car park at approx 1.30 am instead of 11.30 pm. I was shocked to find I had to pay an extra £11 to exit the car park as a result. Really poor treatment of customers under the circumstances.

Airport is too busy after check in to be an enjoyable experience without paying for various upgrades (Fast pass security & lounge facilities) Certainly not a relaxing experience

Poor signposting coming into the airport. Only signpost was for general parking and drop off, but nothing about shortstay parking. We had an early morning flight and struggled through snow to get there and had to go through the drop off area and find our way out again before finding the short stay area.

Car park very full, that not really an issue as found a space after driving round at the ATC tower. When attempting to leave the car park, even although I had pre-booked online I inserted my ticket and the barrier requested £90.00. This was fairly quickly resolved by passing on my ref number to the attendant. Still a bit of a hassle having to go through that process though.

Our ticket on exit asked for £200 plus! We had to contact help to be allowed through barrier. Defeats purpose of pre booking!

arrived home 3hrs late spent 1hour at uk border charged 14 pounds thought parking was per day not per hour

31.03.18. No spaces in surface carpark, even it's overflow. I had pre booked months prior. Circling for 30 minutes with more and more cars coming in doing the same, had to drop my wife and 3 year old with luggage to check in on their own as worried about time. Was phoning the 'help line' constantly only for it to never be answered, when it was it was not by the car park and he couldn't help me. (Have since learned I was being charged for these calls as an automated answer). I had to abandon the car and run inside to speak to person at help desk. He was great and instructed me to go into multistorey which was appreciated. The experience has put me off pre booking surface carpark in future.

I pre-booked the parking for a week trip to Italy. When we arrived on the 31st March the outdoor part of the car park was very busy and actually appeared to be full. Having circled a few times I then headed for the multi storey part. Although each floor said there were many spaces we could find none and ended up on the 3rd floor where we parked. When I returned very late on the 7th April and inserted my ticket to leave it showed £364 was due. The attendant explained the booking was only for the uncovered part, this is not the same as Glasgow where I use the pre booking regularly, but he was kind enough to let us go with no further charge. Really need to have spaces if you have pre-booked and make it very clear some areas are not covered.

I guess the entire experience was less than ideal. I arrive at the carpark at the agreed time, and then spent the next 30 minutes trying to hunt down a space like Sean Connery looking for a submarine! On return and exit out of the barrier, my ticket asked me for £90 for one nights parking, even though I'd pre-paid. A call to the security did fix this, however, again another delay on exit which I thought pre-booking was meant to fix. All in all, Edinburgh Airport charges premium rate for it's parking which usually I can accept due to physical location and ease of entry and exit, however, I think based on this experience, I would have been better saving my money and booking at one of the out of airport car parks

Entry to the car park was straightforward, having prepaid. This was spoilt by a demand on the way out for £225. My crime? Going into the multi-storey section of the car park, accessible without having first left the surface car park and therefore apparently part of the same zone. I did not note any obvious warning that this was going into a different tariff zone. Fortunately the operator was prepared to accept the explanation, which retrieves one star but it left a nasty taste coming back from a nice break.
