I missed a flight connection due to an earlier delayed flight so my flight was rerouted to Edinburgh meaning I arrived 5 hours after I expected to. The car parking had been pre booked up until two hours after my original flight time so I was effectively three hours later than my booking period. I had to pay an additional £13.50 to be allowed to leave the car park and the staff I spoke to on the intercom were rude and unhelpful.

Far too expensive - £60 to park overnight in the multi-story, come on really !!!

Had to pay £110 to get my car out after pre paying ,this was swiftly resolved the next day but should not have happened in the first place.

Three times in the last 6 months I have arrived back within the time period and put my card in and have been told that I owe £386 or whatever. I have then had to check my email or the paper confirmation and pass that on to the service guy on the other end of the buzzer to confirm I have paid in full and he then lets the barrier go up.

I like to use the long stay car park at Edinburgh - I am so disapponited that (repeatedly) when exiting the car park the number of times that I am delayed. Repeatedly, the barrier asks me for full payment despite being pre-paid! I have used various vehicles and it has become a joke between myself and my travel companions whether we will get out of the car park or be delayed, looking up booking reference etc etc! Hardly streamlined to say the least.

I was booked in on 11/3 at 5.00a.m. We arrived to find the main car park beside the terminal had a notice saying it was full. We went to another that meant a longer walk to the terminal and,as we went through the car park that claimed to be full, we found many spaces unoccupied which we could have had. That is unacceptable. We are considering returning for two weeks next month but seriously reconsidering.

I was delayed due to bad weather so i was a couple of hours late collecting my car last night, I couldn't leave the surface car park without having to pay and extra £14.40 which I could of done without!! I use this car park and the fast track quite a lot so not great this time

I paid up for parking in advance (£26.99). Upon leaving the car park I was charged a further £28.00. I have complained and asked for a refund of the £28.00 but as yet I have had no response to the reason for the second charge.

Arrived on Saturday 10th March approx. 10am. Took at least 15 mins searching the whole car park for a space. Quite a few cars were parked at angles taking up more than 1 space. Eventually managed to squeeze into a very tight space between 2 badly parked cars. Was worried during my holiday that my car would get dented. Other cars also seemed to be having real problems finding a space. Then when leaving was asked to pay £280.00 extra. Luckily I had printed the invoice and had it in the car to give the booking number and get the problem sorted at the barrier. Not ideal when tired after flying.

Online booking not recognised when I came to leave the car park. Had to call assistant and dig out online booking reference before able to leave car park.

Did not look very happy when I was taking my own photo's. Scratch on car, then I was told to phone THEM in a couple of days. No they should be phoning me

The confusion during entrance is recipe for a crash, where to go is not clear especially when you have to make the decision in a spilt second when you come from the roundabout. The position of the taxi rank is also poorly thought out.

on arrival at airport I was collected promptly by a coach. When being dropped off I checked the location of the collection point and was answered by a grunt from the driver. Not very helpful. When I returned on Sunday night having been delayed by 9 hours the barrier wouldn't open when I inserted my ticket. It was dark in the vicinity of the barrier and I could not see the button to press for help. I waited until other cars had exited and moved to next lane striking the kerb between the 2 barriers. I then saw able to speak to the assistant who asked my reference number. I then had to search my phone for the e-mail and read that to him. It was not a pleasant experience and the lighting at the exit is very poor. I am pleased to have this opportunity to bring these matters to your attention.

Have not received a refund for car park. Was due to fly out of Edinburgh on01/03/18 but the flight was cancelled on evening of 28/02/18 and travel warning not to drive. However have not received acknowledgement of email or claim through Edinburgh Airport Parking or management. (Expedia has already refunded and they are a bigger company with more claims.) Very poor customer service

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: 1) THE NAME VALET IMPLIES THAT THE CAR WOULD BE VALETED - AND THAT THIS WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. WE DISCOVERED ON ARRIVAL THAT THIS IS NOT THE CASE. BUT TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE WHEN WE DID ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT. 2) WE CHANGED THE COLLECTION TIME FOR THE VEHICLE BY 40 HOURS (REDUCTION), BUT WERE REFUSED A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE, AND LET US KNOW HOW YOU PROPOSE TO REIMBURSE US? MANY THANKS.

Exit machine failed to register car and was presented with bill for £499 having pre-paid for stay £70 - allthis at 6am after an alll night flight! Have to say that from the initial unpleasant shock, attendant was extremely helpful (a very rare commodity these days) and got out after only short delay - luckily no-one else behind me at that hour of the morning! Full marks also for asking what went wrong as opposed to anodine and irrelevant box ticking!
