Horrible rude stuff treating people like dangerous animals. Very long queues and overpriced food, drinks, services etc. Worst airport I have ever been. Lots and lots improvements required and teach your stuff to be nicer.

I booked a five day stay in the long stay car park. It's well signposted to drive there, and spaces were easy enough to find. The walking route to the airport terminal is not so well marked, especially on the way back. It's £20 a day parking which I had pre-paid but when I put my ticket into thr machine to exit, it said I owed an additional £190! I think not. A quick chat on the intercom with the office and I was on my way.

Parking was actually OK but overall experience was not the smooth hassle free experience that Fast Park is marketed as. On arrival we were told the car park was full, given a ticket and told to park on the top floor of the multistorey car park. On return when the ticket was put in the machine at the exit gate it told me I had to pay £395 about 4 x what had originally been paid when I booked! Customer service (via button on machine) did override and open the exit barrier, however not the experience I paid for when booking.

Use of the long stay carpark is convenient, though expensive, if you are prepared to walk to the terminal with your luggage. The recent addition of charging for luggage trolleys at Edinburgh airport has added to this cost. The carpark is crowded at peak times with cars park on the road due to a lack of obvious spaces. The parking spaces appear to have been set on 1950s car sizes and are very tight for larger cars.

Used Plane Parking. Fine on arrival at the car park, bus arrived quickly and had plenty of passenger space, altough not much space for luggage. However, when trying to leave the airport, the bus took ages to arive at the terminal and there were so many people trying to get on that some had to be left behind.

I could barely get my car out of its space as it was like it was stuck in a muddy ditch. Bus staff very kind

When i arrived the barriers were out of order and when i contacted operator they said the multi storey carpark was full and if there was not a space i would need to use surface. Given that i had booked weeks earlier there needs to be a comittment that once reserved a space should be available given that the puropose of booking the multi-storey is to minimise delay.

Found the information on the different parking zones confusing. Not enough information with directions to parking zone. Parked in wrong zone but thankfully the assistant sorted the bill I received out. 5 stars to him

Close to terminal but expensive. ANPR not working properly because my car reg starts wit a number not a letter and the ticket issuing machine doesn't understand that so converts the number 4 to letter A. This means on exit that I have to press for assistance as otherwise the exit machine wants me to pay about £200... Also the road in to the parking area is tricky to negotiate, we ended up in the Drop and Go and had to get assistance to exit without having to pay the ridiculously extortionate parking charge of £5.

very disapointed after leaving the the car parl on Sunday morning @03.29am we foolowed the exit route and where charged £6.00 to exit the airport car park Anthother £6.00 ON THE £100.00 PREVIOUSLY PAY WAS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE FOR ME

It was fairly easy to find the carpark however, finding a space was a nightmare. It took me 15 minutes to find a parking space after a parking attendant informed me that there were some extra spaces available also. If I had not spotted him, I 'd have wasted more of my time. On the way out after a couple of days, I was looking for a machine to validate my ticket as that's what I was told by the parking attendant but I could not find one anywhere. It was also not mentioned anywhere that we can pay at the exit. When I finally got back to my car and drove up to the barriers, my exit was denied even though I had paid for my parking in advance. I had to press the buzzer and after waiting for some time, my call was answered. The gentleman then asked for my car registration, checked that it was already paid and opened the barrier. There were two other cars in the same situation, they also had to press the buzzer to speak to someone and be allowed to exit.

Was supposed to be 1 min walk to the terminal to pick up your car upon return, we had to walk to the other end of the car park to get my car and with an autistic child it wasn’t the. Greatest of experiences after a 4hr flight with him not being in the best frame of minds. Paid over £120 for the service which in my eyes was a waste of money

First and last time using fast park. It was a bit of a faff and not brilliant collecting car only for it to be reversed into a space with no space to open the boot not the best way to park when people are coming back with cases…

Booked terminal parking and yet again had to use the overflow parking area. There are no covered walkways so got rather wet walking to terminal building

Good. Easy to book. I didn't remember to WAIT at the barrier. Nothing seemed to be happening so I pushed the button for a ticket, which was the wrong thing to do. On exit I was asked to pay. The fella on the intercom sorted it all out. It may be an idea to include "Don't press the button!" in nice big letters and give it a wee minute to recognise your numberplate. The exit bends and barriers always give me the shivers seeing all the scrapes on them. A bawhair wider would be lovely.
