It is so easy to access and find a space, I love that part about the airport parking. However, every time I exit the carpark after pre-paying there is an issue. Luckily the staff are always helpful and get it sorted fairly quickly. The only thing that I think would be essential to optimise is the ability to be able to tal to someone about your booking. Having to wait up to 8 days for a reply to an email is not that helpful or timely.

Everything smooth in respect of parking , etc. But I’ve got to speak about price of multi storey parking, used this Car park in June 2024 cost £107 for 10 days , in this visit in October. 2024 cost £139 for 7 days, this is approx 30% rise in 3 months, if when I next travel from Edinburgh I will not use this car park, these price rises are not justifieble in any respect.

Staff member I spoke to very helpful pre booked needs to be a better way off doing this still have to put your card in 🤬 to be told it hundreds of pounds you owe for parking. Should be done with the reg

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. We parked in long stay parking ,we arrived back from holiday at 01.55at night trying to find our way to car in the dark no visible signs of way to go from the terminal so involved us trailing heavy suitcases trying to find where to go , we are both in our 70s and first time flyers not the best experience

The ticket barrier didn’t automatically give me my pre booked ticket so at the exit it said I was charged the fee of staying. But by using the intercom this issue was resolved very quickly and the person was very helpful.

Sorry this is a negative review. All went to plan on the outward flight, but when trying to leave the carpark on returning, the barrier would not open, and despite being within our parking timescale I had to pay an additional £6 to exit. There was no button to contact staff, no staff anywhere in the vicinity to assist. I have written to you to ask for an explanation, but await a response.

Convenience and help by staff while booking in the car was excellent. Especially considering it was 5am. On the negative side returing there was no staff to help you had to work out what to do which was fairly easy but as a first time it would have been good to match the help on dropping the car off. At the first gate on leaving the pick up area it did not recognize the car number plate and i pushed for a ticket. Taking the ticket to the car park exit i was then charged an additional £6.00 on exit - not sure why this was as we returned on time and the booking was fully paid upfront - would be good to get a response on this. Parking is good, spaces seem readily available BUT there seemed to be a derelict/vandalised car not far from where I parked, screen smashed, wipers pulled off and parked across 2 bays. A little concerning. Also the gate camera or system didn't recognise my prebooked reg on exit and wanted £140. Quickly rectified with a press of the intercom.

Easy check in and check out. Disappointed that I was charged an extra £6 for going over my exit time. This would not have happened if we had not had to wait for approx 60 minutes for our luggage to come tomthe arrivals carousel

The car park was very full when we arrived on 22nd October and it took quite a bit of driving around before we came across a space. Thankfully we had arrived well ahead of the flight time so this was not so much of an issue as it could have been. We found that the spaces are very narrow - despite having a small car and unfortunately on our return to the car on 25th October discovered that a blue line had appeared along the wing on our white car evidently from someone having scraped along it. Very disappointing.

I pre-paid my mid-term parking in advance. Got back to my car after my trip, put the ticket in the machine at the barrier and it told me owed £130. Had to get on the intercom to speak to someone to resolve the issue. The car in front of me had the same issue on exit, causing a queue.

Great service, park, get key label , drop off keys, go on holiday Come back, pick up keys,get car and head to the exit. Get to barrier in the dark, nothing happens, no automatic vehicle recognition, press buttons until it issues a ticket (why do I need a ticket?) Get to next barrier (that's why I need a ticket), no automatic recognition, show machine the ticket to read, nothing happens, then try inserting the ticket into a black hole, success, then over stay fee of £6 for being 1 minute late at exit. Great service ruined

The booking process appeared to be relatively easy. However, the system reverted to the Reg number of my previous car. This only became clear after I had booked and paid and I received the confirmational E mail. I was able to update my booking with the correct Reg and received an Email confirming the change. Accessing the car park was easy but finding an empty space less so! After returning and entering the parking ticket into the exit barrier it did not appear to recognise my booking and requested payment. The instructions were in case of problems to press the intercom. However, the "intercom" is not in an obvious position and not clearly labelled. (A small button below all the various "slots".) Especially for someone who is arriving tired after a flight. However, once I noticed it and contacted the operator he was able to resolve the issue and raise the barrier. Better signage of the intercom would ease "stress"!!

We used Plane parking for the first time. Good things were it was well signposted, buses came , and the car was safe. Problems were solved, but were needless ie on both arrival and departure our ticket wasn't recognised by the machine . Also there isn't number plate recognition.
