“It's perfectly acceptable bar the odd glitch. On this occasion I was asked to pay £140 at the exit because the machine that gave me the ticket when entering made an error reading my (clean) number plate. Quickly sorted though.

“We parked at Edinburgh airport at approximately 1pm on the 31st of May. The car park is absolutely huge however it took us over 15 minutes of driving around each row to find a space which ended up being right at the back and I spotted other cars struggling to find one still after we found ours. There were cars just parked anywhere due to no spaces.
The process of entry and exit was brilliant though. It was very easy.”
“This is our second time using the airport fast track parking and its so easy to use. After a long flight its heaven because they have your car parked just a short walk from the doors. I would use this every single time.”
“I entered the wrong entry for the multi storey but the attendant was very helpful and directed me to the correct way. On exiting the machine stated that I needed to pay an additional £30 however I knew this was incorrect as I was booking in until 16.00. I exited the car park at 13.15 and when I contacted the switchboard the attendant was again very helpful and allowed me to exit without additional payment.”
“Parking was quick and easy, just five minutes from the airport gate. The staff were incredibly helpful; when my ticket didn't work, I called the buzzer and the issue was resolved instantly, getting me out in no time.”
“All in all fast and simple to do - could do with a couple of tweaks to the info, when you arrive at the bar scan reception you need to know which row you have put your car in. Also when we left the airport exit there was a sign that directs you to 'airport parking' which is not fast park - you need to go back to the same location you dropped the keys.”
