“Convenient location not too far from the terminal. Easy to book. However the barrier never opened on the way out for some strange reason whilst we had already pre paid the parking.”

Shuttle bus timings were good - quite frequent and not taking long.
If I had one criticism / recommendation it would be that there should be at least three more pick-up points.
The car park is really long (about 200 car-widths) and about 9 rows wide, and the cross-paths are far apart. If you can't get parked close to one of the only two bus stops - which is quite likely - then you might face a longish walk to reach one, dragging your cases on what is not especially smooth tarmac.
That said, the drivers were great at waiting if they saw someone coming, or even stopping outwith the official stops to pick people up (which I am sure they will have been told not to do!)”

“Good parking although for the second time when exiting cat park the barrier remained down and was asked to pay £270 for the parking , a quick call through the intercom button resolved the issue but still not sure why it happens , that aside its easy to book and easy to park and walk to the airport”
“I've used the multi-story car park before and didn't have an issue, so I booked it again for this trip. When I arrived, the barrier wouldn't let me insert my ticket, claiming that the car park was full. I spoke to someone on the intercom, who let me in. The problems continued upon my return, when I inserted my ticket coming out of the multi-story, when it told me I had an outstanding balance of £270. I then had to ring the intercom again to speak to someone and provide my booking details to be able to get out of the car park. The staff were great, but there are obviously some issues with the entrance to the multi-story that needs addressing.”
“I was charged £85 to exit on Sunday despite pre-booking and staying within the time of my booking and retaining the card. The intercom button wasn’t working so had no choice but to pay. Really disappointed as have never had any problems before.”
“Absolutely brilliant service, fabulously friendly and helpful team. Even when the machines go wrong they make you laugh and smile!! Highly recommend! Only problem i had was missing the entry and having to pay the drop-off fee to get back to the right car park!”
