“We arrived an were guided to park our car in the allocated lane. We then went to the reception to drop our keys. This was a bit unorganised due to 2 terminals being out of action, however the staff were working on it and the rude passengers skipping the queue were soon put in their place. We then arrived, collected our keys, very simple to find we had a flat tyre. Disaster, or not.. a member of staff arrived within 3 minutes and got us on our way. Excellent. I have just attempted to book for a weekend trip in March and the price is 50% more expensive, so it looks like we wont be booking I am sorry to say.”
“First time using this service and we will definitely be rebooking for our next holiday. It was super easy to drop the car off, the friendly attendant showed me how to drop my keys off and what a relief it was a week later to easily pick our keys up then drive home. So quick and easy. Brilliant.”
“Parking was really easy and straightforward. Collecting the car was equally easy. However signage to the fast park facility within the airport was very poor: a feeling confirmed by an employee from whom we had to seek assistance. We wasted quite a lot of time trying to find out way to the facility which was disappointing.”
“Very pleased with service from FastParks, efficient and simple, drive car in, log it in at reception, get a voucher (for when you return to collect car) and then drop keys in secure bin. You then have a couple of minutes walk to terminal. Very helpful staff there to keep you right. On return you scan voucher at reception, get number of locker your keys are in and what bay your car is parked in and drive it away, job done!”
“Arrival at fast park was fine, however when we returned the QR code said the car wasn’t ready. We went to reception as advised but as no one was there went to the kiosk and was advised we had stated a return at 20.30 (it was 19.50), another helpful employee went to get our car and on return informed me the car should have been ready. Sure enough when I checked the booking later we had requested a collection time of 19.30. Pleas also be aware my wife has a blue badge which was left prominently on the dashboard.”
“There were no downsides to Fast Park. for a two week holiday we could drop our cases off the night before making it easier to arrinve the next morning. Drop key and go. On return, the key pick up was simple and no fussing about with inserting tickets to exit etc. Drive up to barrier and wait to leave - all simples!
The only down side was the dopping off of the key - it was pretty busy and we had a little wait for a kiosk - could do with one ore two more to speed things up a little but it wasnt too long to wait.
All in i would use the service again without question!”

“Easy to find car park. Buses ran frequently. Plane parking not well sign posted and difficult to drag suitcase across the parking areas. However price was reasonable”
