“Easy to get to ans straightforward to get parked. We pre-paid our stay and initially the number plate wasn't recognised but after buzzing the intercom and confirming it the person at the end of the line remotely gave us a tciekt and we were in - took less than a minute. Finding a space was hard (busy place!) but we got in and getting to the terminal was an easy enough walk. Stayed there a couple of times now.”
“Nightmare … got to the parking to find a sign saying Car Park Full … despite being pre-booked. This was 0515 in the morning on the Tuesday after bank holiday. Finally allowed in to find massive repairs going on so lots of places blocked out. Flight back was delayed and unable to exit as machine wanted £90 extra but luckily tannoy worked and they let me out. I’m sure last year when flights were delayed it updated automatically and so leaving was ok?! Not a good experience this time.”
“Great service, easy to use. We ended up being over an hour late collecting the car due to an issue with baggage reclaim but there was no extra payment required. Also very close to terminal. Only issue we had was that the exit was not very clear!!”
“Was very difficult to find a space in long stay and when I did the parking spaces are very close together
Also if I was using the facility for the first time the exit to the terminal is not very clear , especially in the dark”
“Take the stress out of parking, rock up and straight to the terminal. Easy to use and great that you just come back out and straight into your car. Great idea and great service”
