“Lee was very considerate and helpful with parking after my flight had been changed, so thankyou Lee.
There was an issue on exiting the car park where my vehicle reg was not recognised. I couldn't contact a member of staff and had to pay a £10 charge to exit. This has now been refunded so all is well.

“For reasons unknown to me, I couldn't leave the parking lot. I provided my registration number several times, but there was still some problem with reconciling my payments, which I made two days earlier.”
“It’s great for the location as it’s just across from the departure terminal. I use this car park for the convenience. It and quickness but could be priced a bit lower. This time the attendant was rude when I applied my tag to the car key, he tutted and said no no no and snatched my keys away and told me I did it wrong, he then reprinted a sticker and tossed the keys into the drop box wow! Not nice at all - his rudeness was unnecessary. This kind of service is poor and unexpected when you are paying double the cost of the other surrounding car parks, it was not a good start to my holiday.”
“I use long stay everytime I fly it's conveniently situated only a 10 minute walk to the terminal and usually very reasonable priced. It's well signposted and access is quick and straightforward from the main roundabout without getting mixed up with the main terminal traffic”
“This was the fourth or fifth time I've used FastPark and, as ever, it's a very dependable and stress-free service. Easy to follow signage together with pleasant and very friendly and helpful staff, makes it a pleasanr experience.”
“I always use fast park as it is a great and easy facility. My one complaint and this has happened each time I have used this service - why do the people parking your car have to adjust every setting in your seat - I understand they need to move the seats forward or back to suit their height but when I got into my car at 2am they had adjusted every electrical setting possible. Height of the seat, back if the seat, they even adjusted the starting wheel. This is not needed whatsoever to park a car into a space.
Normally I have always been greeted with a very helpful individual - this time the guy working was arrogant, sarcastic and very unhelpful”
“To be honest the parking was very convenient however we didn't notice the signs and took the wrong turn which cost us £8 50p to get back out [which in my opinion is a license to print money] overall signs could be clearer but very happy with parking”
