“Wasn't happy on return to my vehicle as there was a smashed large bottle with broken glass everywhere right in front of my car. I had to pick up and sweep all the glass away to avoid puncture. The bus driver offered to help when he seen it but I said I'd manage myself. Not what you expect after a long flight home.”
“I was absolutely shocked by the cost of parking at Edinburgh Airport's Long Stay car park. Charging £60 for just a 7-hour stay is completely excessive and feels like nothing more than a money-making exercise. Domeone staying for just a few hours pays the same as someone parking all day.
For a car park that's a 10 minute walk from the terminal, these prices are incredibly difficult to justify. It feels like the airport is taking advantage of the fact that travellers often have little choice once they arrive.
I'll be looking at alternative parking options in future and wouldn't recommend using the drive-up Long Stay car park unless you're prepared for a very unpleasant surprise at the payment barrier.”
“Very easy to find and we'll sign posted. Directed where to park the car. We were then greeted by a gentleman who talked us through the process of what we needed to provide. Then we posted the key. On collection we used the paper receipt they provided which gave clear instruction on what colour boxes to go to and screen told us the parking space number and provided our key. Overall great process and will recommend family and friends to use this service.”
“Very efficient service which was easy to use. The partnership with Jet2 to hand over luggage was excellent. Handing over car was simple as was getting the car back. Only reason not 5 stars was my car was covered in dirt when I got it back. Quick through the car wash sorted that out.”

Drop off was simple and the collection process was impressive. Clear instructions how to collect the key and then the exact location of where the car was

“We have used the FastPark option at Edinburgh Airport several times now, and it makes departing and arriving so easy as it is in such close proximity to the terminal building. Also, compared to the other parking options available at or around the airport, it is extremely reasonable.”
“It was fairly easy and straight forward. Now I know how it works it'll be easier next time. Real life didn't tie into the email correspondence as when we arrived and approached and pressed the button we expected to scan the barcode as per the instructions. The helpfull staff member said we didn't need to do this, and the car reg should appear, but it all happened so quick we never noticed. We were then directed to our lane. On our return, it was seamless. Brilliant service. I would suggest rewriting your email instructions to real world and perhaps create a YouTube instructions video. Also it would have been helpful to know that you need to travel back through departures to head back to the fast park building. This was confusing when tired etc after a flight.”
