“I unfortunately after after pre poking could not find the mid stay! I thought I was in the correct area but on leaving was almost charged £270 but the gentleman let us out.

“Recently used the multi-story pre-booked parking.
Although not the cheapest, it's so easy and convenient.
'Fast track' through security is included and there's even an enclosed, dedicated pedestrian route to the scanners from level 2.
My return flight was cancelled which meant I arrived a day late and outside my pre-booked time. It was however really easy to extend the time (at cost) on the website.
All in all, really convenient and efficient.”
“Very easy to park, leave the keys and go straight into the terminal. No waiting at all. On return we were on the road within five minutes as the keys were ready for collection.”
“Nice and easy airport parking, not too big and easy to follow signage. The long term car park is a simple walk to the terminal which is worth it if you have the time.”
“The entrance area at the barrier to the multi storey is confusing. The second barrier tells you to take a ticket but it hasn’t any button or dispensing slot.
Also on the exit the barrier didn’t work due to the vehicle recognition cameras didn’t work. Doesn’t give you much confidence to use the service again.”
“We arrived an were guided to park our car in the allocated lane. We then went to the reception to drop our keys. This was a bit unorganised due to 2 terminals being out of action, however the staff were working on it and the rude passengers skipping the queue were soon put in their place. We then arrived, collected our keys, very simple to find we had a flat tyre. Disaster, or not.. a member of staff arrived within 3 minutes and got us on our way. Excellent. I have just attempted to book for a weekend trip in March and the price is 50% more expensive, so it looks like we wont be booking I am sorry to say.”
“First time using this service and we will definitely be rebooking for our next holiday. It was super easy to drop the car off, the friendly attendant showed me how to drop my keys off and what a relief it was a week later to easily pick our keys up then drive home. So quick and easy. Brilliant.”
“Parking was really easy and straightforward. Collecting the car was equally easy. However signage to the fast park facility within the airport was very poor: a feeling confirmed by an employee from whom we had to seek assistance. We wasted quite a lot of time trying to find out way to the facility which was disappointing.”
