“No shuttle bus in operation, long walk to the terminal in the rain across less than adequate paving with suitcases etc. on outbound journey.
Even worse on return journey as baggage claim is even further from the parking, and after travelling for over 24 hours having to drag the cases over the uneven tarmac was not an experience I would recommend”
“Unfortunately I booked to arrive a day later than planned. When I tried to add another day you insisted I cancel and rebook The rebooking price was about £104 more. ( for 1 extra night!!!) a very poor service. And would not recommend it to others”

One of my family developed Covid while we were away on holiday and the car was in fastpark. I needed to extend my car parking duration.
No-one answered the provided Fastpark phone number to help me extend my parking. Email address provided is a generic edinburgh airport one with a message saying we’ll get back to you in a few days.

“My flight got delayed so when I was expecting the car park it wouldn’t let me out until I paid additional charges for being late out the car park. I had paid my car parking in advance and it was not my fault the flight was delayed- I thought that was the point in having to detail your flight number when booking so that if you do not exit car park at expected time they can check your flight info. I actually didn’t have enough money on me for the extra charges and had to call someone to ask them to transfer me money so I could exit the car park. After already paying over £100 to park for 4 nights I think that’s ridiculous”
“Everyone is accustomed to over-priced, over-crowded long stay airport parking - it is just ‘part & parcel’ of the ‘open wallet surgery’ that you experience every time you go on a foreign holiday.
What IS utterly appalling, though, is the fact that Edinburgh Airport no longer operates a shuttle bus to and from the long stay car park, which means you have a REALLY long walk in both directions, in all weather, day & night, lugging heavy cases.

“This has to be the most expensive car parking I have ever used, £156 for 7 days, had I booked 2 weeks earlier then it was £56 , I booked the before I flew, unbelievable rise in price, what an absolute rip off !!!!”
“This was spoilt by the system crashing just as we were leaving at 11pm. The lady on the intercom was unhelpful and very rude to another gent. Yes, you may be stressed but remember we are your paying customers. It took over 15 mins for someone to come and open the barrier. One, fix your system and two, being nicer to customers.”

“We have been using Edinburgh Airport Parking often 2 to 3 times annually for the past 10years or so. However we arrived late into Edinburgh last Thursday night and found the signage for the walk to Longstay very poor.
We were also very disappointed to be requested to pay another £125 or so to exit despite all charges having been paid up front. This has happened
previously to us but then we were told it was a one off software glitch
Can't say we are still likely to use Edinburgh Airport Parking again as Glasgow is now so much better and reliable.”
“I would not recommend parking here. Our return flight home got cancelled, no contact number to contact to advise and update our parking which all other car parking companies do. I emailed and they advised 5 days for response. When I got my car I was charged an extra £18 which was not my fault. Go with another company they won't charge you if your flight is delayed or cancelled.”
“Having sent 3 emails asking for information regarding our refund due to flights being cancelled by Easy Jet on Thursday 26/05/22 I have yet to hear back which is a bit disappointing. Your rep in the car park was very helpful and made it sound all very easy in getting our refund. Not so far alas.
We also noted that money was taken twice for the same booking, one for £84.99 and one for £74.99. Would be happy to write a good review on how this situation was dealt with when we receive our full refund. Can someone please get this sorted for us. I know the air delays are out of your control but your ability to react to it is how you will be judged.

“I was in the terminal car park.
It was very full and it took me around 15 minutes to find a space. The one way system forces you to cover the same area multiple times. Eventually I was so far away from the terminal I would have been as well in a cheaper car park. Won't use it again”

You charged me an additional £18 which seems to be completely unacceptable .
I had paid £59 for 5 days in the midstay car park .I do not see how this additional charge can be justified.You are profiteering on the back of your customers misfortune”
“vERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PARKING.
We were booked to park at the plane parking, when we arrived there was a notice saying we had been upgraded to the long stay car park. The only spaces available were at the furthest point K5. This was more than a 10 minute walk to the terminal(this was the description)
When we arrived back at 0045. Our ticket said we owed £40 for the stay. We disputed this with the car park assistant vis the help button and were told that we had only booked until the 29/05/20 until 0000. This was also incorrect. Eventualy it was agreed that we only pay £9. What is the point of booking cheap aairport parking, being"upgraded" then being charged extra....pointless!.
After about 20 mins of discussion we eventually got on our way. Very Very disppointed with this service and will not be using airport parking at Edinburgh airport again”
“‘Fast’ park? Definitely not fast. Would have been quicker parking in the multi-storey car park for both arriving and returning. Also did not know they would take my car off site which I don’t like.
I would never book this again.”
