“It worked well enough but on exit I was asked for payment of £260 despite my prepaid purchase, having said that a short conversation via intercom worked fine and we got out OK, but it was after midnight and pouring, I could have done without that.”
“Excellent/easy service to use - however we only use when we are able to book well in advance for a good price otherwise it can be quite expensive. It is a slick service - fast - easy and staff always there to help if needed.”
“Spaces are too small which means a lot of cars are taking up two spaces or there is not enought room to save park without potential damage. Bus stop 2 should be in the middle of the row as it's a long way to walk to the end closer to the enterance.”

“The service is great, but the one niggle I have is that when I got back into my car, the seat had been adjusted and not returned even to remotely close to where I had left it and the heating and ventilation controls had been significantly altered. Especially with regard to the ventiliation, it made me wonder just how long the driver actually must have spent in my vehicle!”
“Problems entering mid stay at 0600h on 3/5. Machine kept issuing tickets but the barrier would not rise. Tried reversing twice to re-attempt entry to no avail. Causing serious panic but luckily the third or fourth attempt worked. Was expecting problems exiting with 3 tickets but barrier raised automatically”
