Our car was damaged by someone squeezing out or in the tight space and nothing picked up by "all" the security. Obviously not very secure then. Very dissatisfied.

I tried to book a valet service for three days stay on certain specificed dates. The website automatically switched my booking to alternative dates (of no use to me) but did not make it clear these were different dates. I paid, but could not cancel the booking when I realised the error. Cost £90-100. Utility: zero. I had to take a taxi to and from the airport.

BA flight delayed by 4 hrs. Had to pay an extra £10 as a penalty at exit. Penalty charges not clear when booking. Not happy

When leaving only 2 exits were in operation. There were very large queues and when putting my ticket in it came up with a £87 balance. I had already pre-paid online. It caused further delays for other customers as I was trapped in and 5 cars had to reverse to allow me to get out and seek assistance. It then took my a further 10 minutes to speak to an employee, no signs to help customers. All in all a very bad service.

the instructions to get to the car parking were awful. We ended up parking at a different carpark & paying an extra £45. Really unimpressed.

I mistakenly pre booked a day short. The 6 pre booked days cost £39.99. The extra day cost £34 !! At 1am there was no one around to speak to therefore no option but to pay. When the company were contacted....their view is that this was a perfectly acceptable charge for what they call a “daily walk up rate”. An on line rate would have been cheaper but this was not an option at 1am. Be warned!

When we arrived at the carpark there was a sign indicating "Carpark full" and indicating that we should use the Longstay carpark next door. This despite the fact that our car had been pre-booked and paid for. On our return to Edinburgh,however, in the middle of the night, the barrier would not open for us as, according to the screen we were due to pay a sum of more than £360! There was nobody to consult and for some time I tried to find the "intercom" to speak to someone. As it was dark I could not find this, so thought I would go next door to the carpark into which we had originally booked the car to see if there was anyone present. There was noone there. Eventually, after an hour or so, by which time I was in tears and with the assistance of a kind stranger I found a button to press and got speaking to an operative fom the longstay carpark. He insisted that he needed to know my reference number which I did not have to hand. I tried trawlong through my phone in attempt to find it. Eventually I was asked for my car registration number. The opperative was able to identify my name right away- no reference number require. Could I not have been askd that simple question earlier in the conversation? I was then told to drive to the barrier. Unfortunately, my car was already parked at an adjacent barrier for which the intercom could not be reached due to the positioning of my door. I then had to swifly manoevre my car into the relevant space, and in so doing managed to scrape its side on a raised piece of slabbing. All this with a disabled husband who had no idea what was going on! In short, a nightmare, hopefully never to be repeated. I would not consider using either of these two carpaks again.

Booked fast track .. I arrived on time but no spaces in fast track available, so had to park elsewhere .. paid extra for very poor service vice

Our flight was delayed by two hours meaning our return to the car park was delayed. This took us into the next day by 1 hour, which we were charged £9:30 for. I would except paying for the extra hour but not the full day.

After buying on line 2 cars we were told at exit we owed a combined £720 The attendant on the voice control was very helpful, but still we didn't expect that when we had pre booked After a long flight safe to say we won't be flying from edingburgh again in the near future,complete chances.

Worse service I have come across in a long time. Paid online in advance and there were no clear signs of where to park my car. Found the car park that appeared to be the same on my ticket and parked my car. Arrived back next day and to my surprise had to pay another £89. Absolutely shocking service. No staff about to ask any questions or provide support. No clear signs or indications on where to go. Feel totally ripped off. Would not recommend and will never use again.

On our way to your car park we got a puncture on the by pass after fixing it my partner took ill and we arrived at which I thought was your car park, I drove in and left my car got my partner settled down again, I was all stressed out with what had happened to her, only to discover on our return it was the wrong car park & we had to pay another £36, even though we had paid £29 for parking at Edinburgh Airport. I was unaware there was more than one long stay car park. When we arrived home we phoned your company only to be told don't waste our time, your fault, we are not interested. I wonder if you would be able to give us a refund please, as your car park is much the same as the other on. Regards. Roy Murphy

On my return I waited for 50 minutes to get on a bus to get to the long stay car park. Only 1 bus in operation knowing the number of customers returning at that time. Exceptionally poor performance

Make directions clearer! Ended up in mid stay car park and cost an extra £100 over and above the payment I had already made! Not impressed.

Told using the surface car park we could park by the main entrance to the airport. Utter fiction. This turns out to be the general car park so when we arrived it was full up, with signs directing to a further away over spill car park. We walked with multiple luggage and 3 children through the driving rain to the entrance. Never again!

No parking spaces available on entry to the car park. Circled the car park for 50 minutes before following someone with bags back to their car, as they were leaving. Tried calling the number for car parking at your airport 11 times but each time the call was hung up before answering. Very poor experience.

We had to cancel our holiday at short notice (Ryanair and the French ATC strike). Your less-than-24hours-notice cancellation policy meant we lost £60. This policy is unfair... you can sell the space more or less right away. It is just an excuse to make money.

When we arrived and went to the bus which had its engine running, there was no driver so we had to walk to the terminal. On returning, late at night and during poor weather conditions there was also no bus so we had to walk back to the car park again with 2 children.
