Poor customer services. Our flight was cancelled which resulted in us picking our car up two hours later than we had booked for. I tried to phone to speak to someone to explain we would be collecting the car late to see if we could amend the time. I tried to phone over 10 times with the call just ringing out. Eventually gave up and had to pay extra for the two hours upon arrival at the airport. Would not use again.

This booking simply did not work ! On arrival, I was asked to take a parking ticket, which I did. But when I returned and presented the ticket at exit, it asked me for another £47.71 ! As it was late at night and dark, I had no option but to pay again. Can I ask you to please arrange reimbursement of this £47.71 ? Many thanks Pete Nicolson 07966350270

Although I'd pre-paid there were no spaces so I left my car on the end of a row, the good thing is at least I wasn't clamped.....but was their fault. I have parked there before and never had this problem.

I never received the ticket with information detailed upon entry just a generic card as if I was just turning up without booking online first. Having already prepaid for my parking I spent the whole time I was away worrying about if I had parked in the wrong car park and if i was going to be subjected to the normal much more expensive rates to park. Upon returning my feeling of dread was realised. The machine said I had not paid and presented me with a bill of 150 pounds. I then spent the next 20 minutes checking the maps and reading the email again and again until I was sure that I was in the right place and had authority to park there. I drove to the barrier, called for assistance and gave my details. They were on the system and I appear to have parked appropriately. His reasoning, "Oh it just happens sometimes." Ultimately, a lot of hassle and unnecessary worry due inadequate operating systems being in place at The Edinburgh Airport Car Park.

There was absolutely no spaces in the car park drove up and down for around 20 minutes but ended up having to pay an extra £60 to park in the multi-storey car park so didn't risk missing the flight never flying from there again

Dreadful, hardly any spaces, ridiculously expensive. Create some sort of season ticket as I park there about 15-20 times a year. Would put 0 stars but it won't let me

As I said in reply to your confirmation I never booked this service. It's not mine. Then you started sending me emails/commercials. I "unsubscribed" to that service. And now your asking me for a review. Hopefully, you've cancelled this reservation in my name as I requested and "unsubscribed" me from your email list.

On trying to exit the car park approximately 40 minutes earlier than my booked time, my ticket which had been purchased to cover my week's holiday, refused to lift the barrier and I was advised that I owed £280! It was dark, bitterly cold and raining. I continually pressed the button with the bell symbol and the screen said "wait a moment please" I confess I did not see the small button, coloured the same tone as the aluminium case, which I should have pressed for contact with an agent. With no help appearing, I manoeuvred my car back out of the lane to allow the following traffic to get through. Eventually I entered a central lane which was better lit and I was able to see the appropriate button. The agent was at last able to help and eventually lifted the barrier. I spent approximately 20 minutes struggling with the system. It was late, around 22.15 by the time I escaped. I was wet, cold and still had a drive of over 2 hours to commence. To add to my disgust, when I originally made the booking I mistakenly entered 10.30 as an exit time instead of 22.30. I corrected this within 5 minutes but was still required to pay a penalty of £10. My whole experience with Edinburgh Airport car park has convinced me that I won't be back. I really don't need the stress that I experienced last night at the exit barrier.

Not as advertised. My booking confirmation states that the bus runs every 5 minutes, and takes 5 minutes. My experience on arriving, was no bus for 10 minutes (having just missed one), and the ride took 10 minutes. On returning, the queue for the bus was ridiculous - credit to the driver and other passengers for being able to all cram in like sardines. However, this meant that it was difficult for the passengers to get off at the first stop, and that there was no room to let those waiting to travel from the carpark to the airport on at that stage. At the first stop, the driver said I'll be back in a couple of minutes, but at the second stop, he told those waiting that it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I note now your website says the shuttle runs every 6 minutes, when my husband complained on twitter, he was told the buses run every 8 minutes, however, as above, the driver said 10 - 15 minutes. You are falsely advertising your service as being more convenient than it is, and certainly wasn't a pleasant experience on the bus itself. I would have waited for the next bus had retrieving my bags not taken over an hour due to the shambles that is the baggage reclaim area, and quite frankly, all i wanted to do was get home, having had 2 hours sleep, overnight, on a transatlantic flight, then a 3 hour wait on my connection to edinburgh from heathrow. Just as well i didn't wait, as it was obviously going to be at least 15 minutes, for the next one..... I'd probably rather cough up the extra for the terminal parking as no need to rely on the shuttle bus. Or, get a taxi to Fife. Might actually be cheaper. But won't use long stay (or plane parking as had a similarly poor experience previously). You need to be more honest on your website as to what your service is, as I said above, your are giving false declarations of what you offer. I'm angry at paying so much and not getting what I expected.

I arrived, no barrier lifted so I pressed the help button (which was not an instant response). I quoted my reference number and I was then issued a ticket from the machine. On the return (no barrier lifted) I presented the ticket on my return and was asked for £100 in unpaid fees. I then pressed the help button again but I got no response this time so with some difficulty I changed lanes (which is not a hazard free operation) and pressed another button, then first post answered the intercom. I then had to inform him I had changed lane because he took so long. By this time I was using 4 letter words (which I apologise for). The operator, after explaining my predicament, opened the barrier without question. If he had not I would have broken down your barrier. I will not be using the service again.

I booked the terminal parking as I was returning alone at midnight - it was not 1 minute's walk from the terminal. I was parked in Section S - in a dark outside car park with no-one around and at least 8-10 minutes walk. It was frightening.

Airport parking is excellent but I had to find an option to comment on the confusion caused by other agencies advertising "long stay" - i thought was just me but i was met with a group of others who - at a 2am arrival - were wandering in dark to find bus - it would help if other agencies removed similar wording and used something different. This is also confusing on driving to airport as Premier long stay is first seen.

My flight was 1 hour late and I ended up leaving the airport 30 minutes after my due time. On inserting my ticket at the barrier it asked for £150!. Not having my reading glasses on I couldn't see the button for calling for assistance. i reversed out of the barrier area and went to the nearest ticket machine, inserted my ticket which again asked for £150. I found the button to call for assistance and the man said go back to the barrier where there was an assistance button. Finally found it and after giving my ticket reference number was allowed out without payment. Surely it doesn't need to be like this. is there not an allowance at the machine for late arrivalsand cannot the button for assistance be clearly marked?

NOTE: this is NOT the long stay NCP car park on Eastfield Road! I booked online and paid £34.99. I unknowingly parked in NCP longstay, who charged me £48.00. £82.99 to park for 3 days. I rang the number and was given an email address for help......fingers crossed. Please take care to park beside the Hilton Hotel if you do use this service. It's a great deal if you manage to find the right car park!
