“No disabled bay available on arrival but staff were very helpful. 3am in the morning on our return our car keys were not where they should have been again staff were helpful. Won't put me off I'll use you again.”

Parking area divided into too large sections, so it is very difficult to find your car again.
Suggestion: divide into smaller numbered sections.”

“Parked in multi storey. Great access to terminal building. Only downside was lack of blue badge spaces, had 87yr old with us. Blue badge spaces taken up by people not displaying badges. I hope they are fined by management.”
“Fast park a great initiative. So easy and hassle free. Short walk to and from terminal. Hope it doesn't become too expensive! More generally at Edinburgh Airport....trolleys aren't always where you need them and IMO £2 non refundable charge is greedy.”
“Booking: AXDU7ATXN . Parking is near the terminal building and is easy to find and leave the car. Always someone on hand to help with the key process. Used the service over a dozen times with never any issues however this time my car came back with three chips in the door paint. (I always check round the car when I leave it). Easy return pick up process.”
