“Was fine until we tried to get out. The machine wanted to charge me £340 even though we had pre booked and pre paid. The man at the otger end if the intercom asked for our registration number and raised the barrier. Suggest you need to sort that! Aberdeen airport long stay is much better. You dont get a ticket you need to keep until you depart. Its all number plate recognition. They also have a shuttle bus.”
“Close to airport, very convenient. Buses wait too long for people to depart. Problems with plate reading when leaving the parking. The gate showed I need to pay over £100 despite booking and paying online in advance. I had to call for assistance, but I believe some people might be really stressed about it and feel like they need to pay again.”
“on arrival one of the entry gares out of action, the other did not allow access without speaking to operative, similarly at the multi storey, ticket was not acceoted by machine and again had to talk with opertive.”
“The only thing I would say is that it's confusing with the number of Long Stay car parks in the same area, maybe better signage would help for those unfamiliar with the area, we visited 2 other car parks before the right one”
“This is the second time we have used FastPark. The process is user-friendly; however upon our return, when collecting the key to our car, there was a computer system glitch and our key / car parking spot could not be located. The friendly staff on hand were able to help us by cheking the system and resolved the issue successfully within a few minutes. It is a great service and the latest glitch will not put us off using the FastPark service in the future.”
“This parking is absolutely ideal. I'm so glad we discovered it a few years back & we've always used it ever since for every time we fly from Edinburgh.
Easy to get to & the courtesy bus takes you straight to the airport.

“Every time I book and pay for parking in advance in one of your car parks, when I return and put my ticket into the machine, it does not recognise that I already paid and was asking me to pay £220. I pressed the button and the kind man sorted it out but I don’t know why it is necessary.”
“It was an average experience. Upon arrival, the gates informed me that the car park is full despite having booked well in advance. I had to call and state my car registration number to be let in.
Afterwards, it turned out that the car park is full to the gunwales and I only managed to find a couple of spaces at the back annexe bit. The annexe is not tarmacked, so there are wee stones that get fired by the passing cars right into your motor. It is also dusty as sin. The entire car park has only two shuttle bus stops, so regardless of where you park, be ready to walk miles with your family and luggage.
On the positive side, it is close to the terminal, and the bus is frequent.”
“I had to cancel my booking which was supposed to be refundable. There was nowhere to do this on the booking and nothing about conditions. By the time I got through on the phone, via the airport number, early on the morning of the booking I got a recorded message to say that the lines didn't open until 9am which was the start time of my stay. After leaving a message someone emailed me back later that morning and said I should have cancelled 24hrs before the start of the booking. I would have done so it had said anywhere that was needed. I asked to cancel the remainder of the booking but was told that I was too late that, due to them not being able to be contacted earlier! For some reason I couldn't even cancel the last day which was 2 days away. £119 for nothing.”
“Was great to be able to leave car.Shuttlebus to terminal and back worked smoothly.Due to a flight cancellation I had to add another day to my parking.This was easy to do.My flight then also arrived 1hour delayed and border control took ages so I was worried when my timeslot had overshot by aprox half hour but the barrier opened automatically without even having to insert the parking ticket.So the parking was a relaxed experience for me.Thank you.”
“we were delayed by 13hours due to cancelled flight. upon exiting the long stay car park where we paid £75 for 10 days parking we were charged extra £60 for less than 24 hours parking - daylight robbery, you should be ashamed of yourselves. your payment machine had no paper in it so couldn't get a receipt to claim on insurance. very very poor. i bet you don't even respond to this poor review!!”
