“ANPR system was broken on entry and had to take a ticket. Got this confirmed at a pay station. Had to buzz through to the control room on exit to get out the car park.”
“Dropping off vehicle didn’t seem to difficult and was impressed with close proximity to airport terminal.
Return was a different story.
Bar code didn’t work to retrieve key, crowd of drivers, same problem.
Got home and had a scuff on rear bonnet that wasent there when I left, cause I checked the car.
Would suggest more space left between vehicles when they are parked.”
“Booked for multi story, ticket didn’t register number plate, had to use intercom to be buzzed in. Fast track security which should have been included was not registered on ticket so couldn’t use. Hardly any free spaces, took 10mins to find one, 2 floors of parking not in use and many spaces roped off for some reason?”
“Pre booked a weeks parking in the multi story car park for a family holiday. Dispute pre booking when we arrived at the car park and the number plate recognition did not work and had to press the call button to be let in. Explained that we were booked in but machine displayed wrong car park. Barrier was open without any response. When we got into the car park there were no spaces and had to keep driving around until we spotted another family leaving and got their space once they had loaded their car. I use this car park regularly and never had any issues previously so hopefully this is a one off during maintenance/ upgrades to the car park. It did cause unnecessary additional stress and delay to our trip.”
“Had an issue going in where the barrier entry didn’t recognise my car.
Rang intercom to be told my booking wasn’t in the system despite the fact I had an email confirmation. After 5 minutes of discussion was finally granted access. Not what you want at 4 in the morning.”
“It's a game changer when coming to the airport . Such a great service , especially when you have a toddler with you . The attendant was very helpful and concise with instructions .”
“Excellent service. When we arrived a member of staff offered to take cases out of the boot! Only comment i would make, on return our car was do dirty I am not sure where it has been stored. All others were spotless compared to ours!”
“Easy to use, the staff on the way in were very helpful. I had a problem finding my vehicle because the map of the car park didn indicate the letter number combination on my keys existed. Luckily the car park isn´t that big so we headed in the general direction and found it.”

“Prebooked parking in multi story. Machines were not working. Luckily the call button worked so had to speak to the man who was very helpful. Only spent 50 minutes and had to pay £26 for pickup of wheelchair passenger.”
