“Terrible no show policy.
My flight with Ryanair from Edinburgh to Charleroi was majorly disrupted by strike action and even though I told you guys about it you still went ahead and charged me for the full duration of 4 days for my reservation.
I could live a no show charge but to bill me for the full amount does not make feel like a valued customer. I use you all the time for when I travel from Edinburgh.
Maybe it’s time for a re-think on my part.”

Enter the car park, scan the QR code in the reception centre, attach the printed label to your keys and drop your keys in the bucket.
On return you scan your receipt, collect your keys from a locker and collect your car from its designated space.
All very simple and if booked well in advance inexpensive.”
