“Parking was very good and easy access using ANPR for entry and exit, might be worth updating your email as we didn't receive a ticket at all, barrier just opened using number plate. Easy to park and a short walk from the main terminal. We were not flying but just parking for 1 nights stay in Edinburgh so used the tram to get to city centre. Sat Nav did take us to incorrect place and we had to pay £8.50 to get out of the drop off zone which wasn't great. Overall I would park here again.”
“Easy to find multi story, parked on level 2 as advised to take advantage of free fast pass for security. All positive. Unfortunately though the spaces are quite narrow and when we got back, the car that had been parked next to me had taken a chunk out of my door. I thought it was a risk as it was a big car in the narrow spaces, so I took a photo of the parking and the number plate, but they could easily have got in if taking care, so very annoying and very inconsiderate - they must have known they had done it. Possibly even did it on purpose. You might want to consider parking elsewhere if you don't want this to happen to you.”
“I booked in May for 12 days in July. Foolishly a week later I booked again for the same 12 days and immediately cancelledand was refunded. Your system cancelled all my bookings but did not tell me. On entering the barrier did not open and the 'Voice' opened it for me. On returning Edinburgh Airport Pasrking tried to charge me £810 for the fun of parking. The 'Voice' once again came to my rescue. Otherwise it was a great experience and everything else worked well. Time to fix your IT.”
“Use Fast Park when flying from Edinburgh every time. Well signposted and helpful staff on hand to direct and assist. Two minute walk (mostly undercover) to/from terminal. Not expensive if you book in advance.Brilliant!”

“The parking isn't the cheapest, but it's definitely worth the money. Fast Track security is included, which makes the whole experience incredibly smooth. From parking the car to dropping off our bags and getting through security took just 25 minutes. After landing from a 3am flight, it was brilliant to get straight into the car and head home. We'll definitely be booking this again.”
“Quick and easy on arrival and departure. Friendly and helpful staff. My only comment this time would be that because there are so many larger cards eg range rovers etc, nowadays that use up the whole designated space, it was difficult to open the drivers door. Maybe bigger spaces needed now for larger cars.”
