“Excellent system and very easy and stress-free way to leave your car at the airport. My only complaint would be that our booking didn't seem to link up with our ticket for entry, as when we left the carpark at the late hours of the night, I was asked to pay an extortionate fee (despite prepayment booking). I had to use the intercom system to get assistance but eventually was able to get out of the car park.”
“I booked it advance and paid £45. When I turned up the barrier didn’t recognise the car and had to take a ticket to get in. Upon exiting it demanded £140 to get out so I’ve paid twice. So yeah I’m thrilled.”
“As always, the Mid Stay car park is easy to book, easy to get in and out of and only a shortish walk from the terminal. Having used it a number of times in the past, it's still the one I'm most likely to use in future.”
“The car park is only a 10 min walk from the terminal, managed to get a parking spot quickly after arrival. On return and trying to exit the car park I inserted my ticket into the machine and it said I had an outstanding balance of £180!! The intercom to talk to an agent were not well marked and visible and it took time to locate it. the agent I spoke to quickly resolved the issue and explained the camera probably could not read my number plate correctly. After confirming my details I was able to leave without any further charges.”
“Good availability of spaces, no trolleys, you have to pay £2 for them, absolutely ridiculous. I fly all over Europe and the uae and are never charged, if you look at the trolleys in the arrivals hall, they all look brand new and unused.”
“Was fine until we tried to get out. The machine wanted to charge me £340 even though we had pre booked and pre paid. The man at the otger end if the intercom asked for our registration number and raised the barrier. Suggest you need to sort that! Aberdeen airport long stay is much better. You dont get a ticket you need to keep until you depart. Its all number plate recognition. They also have a shuttle bus.”
