“We returned to the airport in the early hours of the day & the clear signage made the key lockers easy to find, as a 1st time user of Edinburgh Airport we couldn't fault the Fastpark”
“Used FastPark and it was really easy to use. Directions to car park were perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. Whole arrival experience was excellent. Arrived at 4am to collect the car and got key and to car no problems. Only small issue was that my sat nav directed me to the short stay car park exit and the barrier didn’t lift. No major issue as I used the button to contact a member of staff and they let me straight out. Just maybe need a bit of clarification on exit procedure?”

“Used this car park multiple times and it was very easy as usual. Managed to get parked right next to a bus stop to go to the terminal and a bus showed up with 5 mins. Similair experience on way back- no issues.”

“Usually this service is very good, but our car was filthy when we picked it up this time. It was covered in mud! In addition it was parked miles away after me requesting a closer parking spot for collection. Finally we had issues getting out the car park, our flight was delayed due to an emergency landing due to a passenger taking ill. Not the best this time.”
“Have used fastpark a few times & have been very pleased with the overall experience. Helpful staff to assist & very easy process to follow.
My only concern this time was that the car had mud/dirt on it which made me wonder if it had been parked in a field near the airport ?

“The process was very easy from the initial booking to the collection of the vehicle upon return. There is plenty of help available both online,the confirmation of booking emails, and the fact it is staffed 24/7 to ensure everything goes smoothly. Upon arrival the car is 360 degree photographed, and upon retrieval, the car was covered in dust. I saw this is a good thing, as it told me me that it had been left alone during my abscence. Top tip. Book as early as possible to get the cheapest prices. Nearer the time it becomes more and more expensive. Highly recommended.
Exiting can be a bit confusing. It is well marked, but the exit route seems to take you to another carpark with it own barrier and I had to engage the intercom and ask for release. Wasn't an issue, but just be aware.”

“Was unable to find the long stay car park on returning back from holiday. When I asked someone they advised I walk out of the short stay car park and walk around the outside back to the long stay car park.”
“Getting parked in plane parking and the bus service was easy.
However upon leaving the car park, despite having pre paid, the ticket barrier told me that I owed £84.
I had to use the intercom to sort the issue. A slight inconvenience”
“Arrived at gate and It didn’t open. I had to use the assistance phone and verify my booking. Not an ideal start early in the morning. Same happened to car next to me. Everything else ok although the price is extortionate”

“On arrival at the gate going in, it did not recognise my number plate and forced me to take a ticket. On departure, sure enough, it asked for a lot of money to be paid before the gate would open.
Thankfully from there the expertise improved… I pressed the buzzer; quickly answered; and on explaining, the support person confirmed my online booking and opened the gate.”
