I had park and priority security pass. On arrival at priority security the female staff member was really rude. Didn’t care that I had priority and sent me to back of huge queue! Walked back 20 seconds later and got the chap on the other side who looked at my confirmation and let me through. The woman wouldn’t even look at the confirmation. Really poor and not the first time she has done that to me.”
“The fast park system is best ever by far. Easy to book, easy to park and easy to collect. Yes it comes at a cost but when you arrive back late at night with a 3hr drive home ahead you want fast and simple. Highly recommend.”
“Dreadful, would not use again. For the size of the car park to only have 2 buses is shocking. We didn’t see any buses and walked both ways as it is close to the airport and fortunately it was dry on both occasions.”

“So good so near the airport but two things - the 'blip' when you open the key box for where your car is park is without warning and too short . Also a map beside the key lockers to show you where B25 for example is would also help”
“On arriving at the airport everything went well but when we got back to the airport after our holiday we returned to collect our car which we did, we tried to leave the carpark following the signs painted on the floor which led us to a barrier where we had to collect a ticket and then proceeded to the final exit barrier where we had to pay an extra £10 to get out, which we didn't expect or have had to pay in the past so I am asking if we could be reimbursed this money as we shouldn't have had to pay it
