Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“Easy to find. Pre booked parking went as planned. However on returning to the car after our holiday someone had opened their car door into our drivers door and made a small dent 🤷🏻‍♀️…….”

“Came back to a car that wouldn’t start

“Parking. What can one say that has not already been said?
Imagine, if you will, a world without parking. A world where you had to somehow fold your vehicle up and place it in your pocket as you went about your daily business; or one where you vehicle had to cease to be on this plane of existence whilst not in use. I put it to you that these are dark alternatives indeed, and it is to the glory of parking that we owe avoidance of such metaphysical dilemmas.
The sheer joy of being able to cease driving, alight from the vehicle, and leave - safe in the knowledge that the vehicle will remain where and as it was deposited, for the duration of your activity. It’s a small thing, but ladies and gentlemen, the small things matter, and having an allocation of time and space in which your means of transport may exist with existential threat is the luxury no vehicle owner can be without.
So to those who say “it’s just a parking spot” I say no! It nothing less than an answer to the key philosophical and quantum challenges of our age, and that, my friend, is worth fifty pounds of anyone’s hard earned wage.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“The system informing drivers of where spaces were available was not functioning correctly causing additional delay after hold-ups getting to the airport. This added time and stress to a straightforward process.

“It's mostly good but the terminal walkways need to be better. They go right through puddles especially between mid stay and long stay. Also some of the dodgy parking should be addressed.”

“Very few spaces left and was down right beside long stay (thats just your luck I suppose!) Despite booking and paying in advance, when leaving the car park the machine informed me that i was to pay ÂŁ100 for 2 days stay. Soon fixed after a quick call on the intercom at the barrier.”

“I think the way to the terminal could be better signposted. I also think the exit from the carpark could be better signposted.
It's really disappointing that people think they can park anywhere, particularly on the double yellow lines at the end of the blocks of parking. At one point two cars were side by side and you couldn't drive past. There should be a consequence for these drivers to make sure they don't do it again. It's very inconsiderate.
Overall I would recommend and use this car park again based on price alone.”
“Close to terminal. Very busy/full - little chance of parking on floor with bridge to fastrak. Poor signage to fastrak bridge from other floors. No pedestrian paths across car park from left to right to access side stairs (which it's unclear if are for public use).”

“My flight was canceled, so I extended my parking from the end of my stay period to cover the additional time needed by taking out another parking.
However, the ticket machine wanted ÂŁ306 to let me out of the midstay.
Buzzed for help expained the situation and was allowed out.
However, no communication from the assistant, the barrier just went up.
This can't be that unusual a happening at the moment, so not sure why?

“I've used Edinburgh Airport consistently for years. This was the first time I parked in the long stay rather than take a taxi. Signage to get to the car park was okay but knew roughly where I was going. I parked my car probably at the furthest place from the airport and had a long walk. No problems. Unfortunately I didn't know how to get to the airport as there is no pedestrian signage instructing where to get access to the terminal and where the gates in the car park were. Signage is only visible once you get near to the gate.”

“Second time using Plane Parking - it has improved slightly. The signage to get there is better. But within the car park it is very poor. A huge section of parking is labelled A, making it very difficult to locate individual cars. There seem to be only two stations for getting the shuttle bus and these are not easily found - particularly if arriving in the dark. The car park surface is littered with stones which makes it difficult to wheel suitcases.
More improvement needed!”
