Used fast park, which was great....However then you need to pay to leave..... Surely if you pay for fast park, you r paid to leave... Bit of too much greed there ..

Relatively straightforward, but best not to use terminal parking if you arrive during the afternoon, as the back of Terminal parking is further away than the Intermediate parking. There is little difference in cost between using a Taxi and using the Parking. However, arriving back at 10:00 PM there was plenty of space so obviously timing is crucial.

From airport to long stay car park, not well marked for a pedestrian walk way. Some bollards in medium. Considering a bus was put on for long stay, now stopped, better signage surely is needed

Does the job, no frills. Machine didn't correctly recognise my car registration on way in and when I tried to leave it came up with an excess charge of £170 which was a bit alarming but operator was on hand to cancel that.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you correctly upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Actual parking itself was very good. Drive in, drop keys off then on way back scan barcode and get car. All very easy and convenient. However, even though the journey that the employee who drove my car to or back from wherever they park is only a few miles they change my programmed radio station to something else and completely altered my driving seat and I’ve not been able to get it back to same position. Surely for such a short journey they could have drove without the radio and only moved the seat forward and or back. Not mess around with the angle of it and what radio stations are programmed. It’s been very annoying.

Thank you for your review. I understand the frustration caused by the changes made to your seat and mirror positions, especially when we know it can take some time to get the adjustments just right. Many processes were not working. Video on entry, barcode scanning required assistance. Key retrieval ok but location indication very difficult to read. Car passenger window was not fully closed.

Yeah great and easy parking, bus runs regularly but the road into the parking is shocking. Potholes everywhere, road markings completely worn away. The whole thing needs investment. It's like a farm track but worse

I was booked into the Multi Storey car park. The indicators for number of free spaces just don't work. Each floor, apart from ground level, showed plenty of spaces, but only the very top 5th floor had any spaces.

I would give you 5* for our departure experience as that was seanless, but only 2* for our arrival going back home. It was not adequately signposted on arrival home with a much longer walk than on departure. No consideration seems to have been given to late arrival home, weather etc. Much difficulty in retrieving our key also. Not great.

A good location to airport, but could benefit from more disabled spaces, as none were sadly available for my trip. Which made the member in my family who has a disabled badge having to walk a distance to the airport from the parking bay we managed to have access to. Could also benefit from better signposting to Fastrack from the car park.

Great to have an option to keep car at airport, great flexibility around options of car parks to use and competitive costs. Walk from terminal to parts of car park can be difficult, due to different road and path surfaces and sections of tarmac had large pools of water to navigate, will definitely use service again.

Very easy to get to. Helpful staff. However carpark surface full of large potholes which after the recent rains were very difficult to navigate. If i had fallen down and hurt myself it is difficult to imagine how long it would be before someone could raise alarm.

Thank you for your review. Our car parking spaces are 4.8 metres by 2.4 metres which is the standard size of most car parking spaces in the UK. We do have wayfinding in key traffic locations however we are working to upgrade this where necessary. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Resonable price and great, felt like I didn’t need to worry about the car at all. 1 issue with parking…… i parked in the disabled spaces at the long stay car park to be then told there was no longer a bus and we had to walk, this is jot accessible for those who are disabled who would like to stay especially as the driver if the car who is disabled we were left with no alternative but to walk. (Very disappointed and felt disrespected)

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Only one criticism, this was my first time at the long stay car park and I arrived when it was still light. I had no idea where the terminal was and which direction to go. The terminal it turns out is a non-descript low level 2 story building and impossible to pick out of the other building next to it. There was no signage around me giving directions and this would have been a lot harder in the dark. Why not put up large signs saying TERMINAL THIS WAY with a large arrow? Thanks to the B.A stewardess that was heading to the terminal.

Check in very straight forward. Poorly signed on your return When we did eventually get to the key collection point and back to our car,the car parked beside us was so close to our drivers door,I had to climb into the passenger side and climb over.not what you want at 1.15 in the morning..

The booking process is fine, and the ANPR registered my car, but once again, on final processing at the "pay" station, I was asked to pay a spurious balance. This is mildly irritating, and should be sorted - the voice support was excellent, but shouldn't be necessary if the system were tidied up. There is no realistic option in terms of parking, so of course I would recommend it, but I do think that the charges are very high - although the amount of cars in view does provide a depressing supply-demand example.... The airport as a whole is terribly shabby - and the parking facility is consistent with this poor quality. I travel to the airport more often than I would like, and so I know where to go. I dread to think what a newbie would make of the signage, from the A8 itself and onwards into the parking facilities.

Parking and staff were great my plane got delayed I emailed you but I had to pay an additional £25 +£6 to get out in your contract it states to email and they would be a minimal charge
