Fastpark: works great when it works but a pain when it doesn't. Scanning machines didn't work on our late arrival and needed a very grumpy attendant to begrudgingly sort it out.

Exit was difficult as the bar code reader wasn’t working. Needed to call for assistance to leave, not what you want after a 5 hr flight.

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

I am a disabled badge holder and have difficulty getting in and out of vehicle. Struggled to get somewhere to park. Eventually was lucky and found a space at the end of a row which I was able to use. If that had not been available I would have been unable to use car park. I could see no signs for disabled parking.

It is a considerable walk now there is no bus service to/from the terminal so not as convenient as it once was. We had difficulty finding the walk route back to the car and ended up walking the long way around to the car park entrance.

Arrival was quick and easy - collection not so- car was not in the space as indicated on the key fob- had to walk round in the dark to find the car

There used to be a shuttle bus to the airport. Now you have to walk. Wasn't a pleasant experience when it was raining.

Entering seemed ok, but when returning to car you had to go looking for the entry to it from outside which was not good in the cold with kids. Even had fast track - great for entering but not for returning.

I always park in the mid or long stay at Edinburgh and usually have no problem. But that has been the last 3 times I have booked when leaving the barriers stays down and it’s asking for £180. This could just be an error but that’s my last 3 visits. So I have to press the button for assistance and after giving my details they lift the barrier. This can be quite embarrassing as during this time other cars are now all waiting behind me. Peeping there horns as already down from returning from there holiday.

The attendants on the intercom were extremely helpful but the machine at the exit did try and charge me an extra £120! Not on!

Apart from the horrendeous parking cost, much better than the disaster in May. At least we could park without any bother. You appear to still have problems with road markings on exit however. I followed the directions only to realise that the arrows were showing the opposite direction to that directed by the exit signs. Thankfully no one was coming up that particular lane. You really should sort this out before the inevitable accident occurs.

Used Long Stay car park due to the high cost of other options. Directions to and from Terminal not clear enough although with common sense you will get there.

This long stay parking used to have a bus running to airport. Without this and depending on where you can get parked it can be a long walk there and back. Not good if raining. Bring bus back please and rating would be better.

The walkways are not in great condition so moving suitcases becomes a bit of a pain. Could you also better signpost the walkways to the terminal buildings.

It was easy this time, however not my first choice but had to book at last minute. On 3 previous occasions staff were very rude, . Did not meet any staff this time, but I hope customer service has improved.
