Bloody shambles!! Had to drive around for about 35 minutes to find a parking space.

I booked a car space on level 2 with fast track access.Despite the signs saying there were 23 spaces there were in fact no spaces. I had to go up one floor to obtain a space. This somewhat negated my fast track access. On my return the barrier would not raise unless I paid £405. I had to call the operator to let me out I was not happy about the whole experience and seek some form of redress

I booked in advance as it was a flash sale - weekend terminal parking for £16,99. Great! Or so I thought...... Found car park fine even checked I was in correct one as I thought barrier would lift on arrival but no I had to take ticket and was told that I will be validated when I leave. I returned from trip to get to car and no sign of ticket pay point to validate ticket. I asked one guy in hi vis who said 'at exit' I had no idea if he meant airport or car park exit and he walked away then I ended up walking back to airport and asked another guy in hi vis whom told me it was as I leave car park and I can park outside as I pay- fine. So I walked all the way back then drove to exit and pay point/ parked up and inserted ticket- £119.99 due....... Although I had already paid- I pressed buzzer and guy said take out ticket and drive to barrier insert ticket and then press buzzer for more help....... As I did, the guy on buzzer couldn't find my car reg or last babe resorting in me finding my phone opening my emails and scrolling till I found my ref number. Alas the barrier opened. A lot of hassle should recognise number plate and be less of a pain!

The postcode and details provided took me completely els where it took me to the short stay car park. I had to pay £180 at the short stay car park and on top 77 for the parking I booked. This rediculas Be careful where you park.

There are not enough adequate signs to the long term car park bus stop. Upon exiting the airport building (arrivals), the signs in front states buses and car parks and states the mid term but does not indicate if long term. The sign to the left indicates the buses and the bus stop "10" to get to the long term but doesn't indicate where, if this is with the other bus stops and no direction arrow. Upon reaching the bus stops, walking the long walk down there is still no sign for bus stop 10 or bus stop for long term car park. I couldn't find it and had to walk to the car park.

arrived at barrier told that my booking at the multi parking was full redirected to other parking area also had difficulty in leaving car park, it would appear that they cannot count the number of cars to spaces, will not be using the again.

Was asked to pay an additional £130 to get out the car park I had paid for another 12 hours parking . Last time I used this car park my flight got delayed for 4 hours had to pay £12 to get out which was half the cost of my one weeks parking . It's a total rip-off don't use this car park

Over the past few months the long stay service has deteriorated badly. It now takes round 20-25mins for a bus to pick customers up whilst other car parking companies have picked up at least 2 sets of customers in the same time. I wont be using this service again until I notice that this service has improved dramatically.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I stay here 15 times a year and normally arrive back at around 11pm so really need to park close. Everything that's wrong with companies. £83 for 2 days at surface car park!!! Or bargain £42 10 minutes away by bus! Shocking, and every time I get to the barrier it says I haven't paid and have to explain I have. How about a season ticket for customers??

Awful experience. Car park good. Very poor signage to get in. First paid £1 to drive through. Then had to pay to get out £50. Even though i had already paid over £40 for online booking. This is a huge money making mistake... I am so annoyed. No more. Glasgow for me

Booked long stay car park in advance, not as cheap as I hoped but did get a discounted price of £30.59. Printed off the paper work and waited for my trip. On arrival at airport car park barrier all seemed fine, parked as usual and off I went on holiday. On my return (no delay) got the shuttle bus back to the car and headed for the barrier. Oh dear! Ticket machine at barrier greets you with the message outstanding fee of £115.00, really does put the stress levels up. So pressed the button on machine to speak to somebody who could perhaps sort this out. Not a problem I was told, have you got a booking reference number? Well I did have that number in my coat pocket in the boot along with thirty odd pages of printed out stuff required for a trip nowadays. So backed the car away from barrier to extract required information, then proceeded on foot back to the barrier armed with the "paperwork". No problem said the voice from the machine just put your ticket in and I will sort this out for you. Great, but it doesn't work if the car is not part of the equation, so failed again. This time back with car, the specs, the booking ref. and the ticket . Made my exit but with added stress. So I am off to Gdansk in October and have already booked and paid for my parking, and yes I have my booking reference. However for the palaver coming back from Prague , I feel my parking should be FREE.

Signage to Terminal parking area not great. Ended up in wrong car park and had to pay day rate to get out although only in for 2 minutes. Not a happy bunny.

I pre-booked parking for a short trip abroad but then had to cancel at short notice due to a family emergency. So I got nothing for the £60 that I paid. Nothing. Are the car park company within their legal rights to have a no refund policy? Sure. Do I feel screwed? Absolutely. Would I book with them again? Don't imagine so. There's only so much you can tolerate before you don't want to deal with a business again.

Arrived at car park to be told no more spaces in multi storey where I had pre booked with fast track to be told to reverse and go into drop off when reversing back under instruction from employee he didn't, get me to go back far enough and when turning into other lane caught the island between both lanes damaging my car On return trying to get out was told I had to pay £355 to get out then had to go through the process of finding booking reference number at 2.30am in morning in middle of car park not good This should have been a premium service for which I paid and received a shambolic service damage to my car and a terrible start to my holiday. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

For the second time in less than a year our prepaid parking was challenged, or tried to, at the exit with truly extortionate additional sums being asked for. Clearly something is wrong with the software being used. On each occasion a long and involved conversation ensued on the intercomm system where they asked for details they ALREADY should have had. Not exactly impressive for sure. Other more apropriate adjectives are unprintable.! There won't be another visit.
