“I purchased online parking,we arrived the barrier opened & in we go & park up, off on our holiday we go, on return we tried to get out of parking we put ticket in machine to get out it says £450 pressed call on machine operator answering @ 3am tired wanting just to get home withmy family. He checked on there computer we had paid online, he then opened the barrier.
A lot of hassle really.
For that reason I will not use edinburgh airport again”
“This is the second time we have used this service. It isn't difficult to find, there is no problems finding a parking spot near the terminal building but most of all, the knowledge of my car being in a secure location while I'm away is great piece of mind.”
“Well signposted carpark with regular shuttle buses. My car wouldn't start when I returned and even though the staff don't have facilities to help they were friendly and assured me that I wouldn't be charged for over staying. The bus driver I spoke to was kind enough to mention my predicament to another passenger who was returning to his car when I had been there about 2 hours waiting for the RAC and the gentleman passenger kindly helped me to jump start my car. I never managed to thank that bus driver for being so kind.”
“When we arrived the 2nd ticket barrier was not working and with a long queue forming we understandably had issues with a flight to catch . Matters were resolved although a difficult moment .”

“Usually good but came back to two new dings in the car and on exiting was apparently going to be charged £220 despite having prepaid and booked. Not sure whether the ANPR was faulty or not but that was unpleasant. Some bigger spaces would be good given size of modern cars and apparently people’s lack of care for other vehicles”
“This is the 4th year I have used this process and I feel it is a brilliant service. Very well organised and great price. My only downside is that the post code takes you to a at compound. We have made this error twice. However once you get into the grounds of support the sign posting is excellent.”
