“Car park was good, close to the airport and easy to find a space. However, the postcode on the email sent me to somewhere else, not the car park itself. It isn't easy to follow the written directions when driving and car parks not easily signposted.”
“Mid Stay: the parking spaces are a bit small. I admit I dont have a small car - Kia Sportage - but most of the cars round about me were even bigger. I was able to find a space that could drive into (didnt reverse in as wanted to access boot to get cases) but on leaving, I had to do multiple manoevres to get out of the space due to the size of cars beside me but also the one on the opposite row, the length of which reduced the road space for turning”
“The multi-story parking was so easy to use, and competitively priced for the weekend - with the added bonus of fast track thrown in; it was a no-brainer for my weekend trip to London.”
“I found the instructions to the car park easy to read and the car parking to find. On the way back late at night I was very pleasantly surprised to be able to drive out without any problem whatsoever. My car was recognised and out I drove”
“Normally we have absolutely no issues with the parking situation at the airport. This time however we were charged an additional £20 to leave with no explaination as to why.”
“The problem was when we arrived! I am disabled and my Blue badge was showing and the attendant didn't not know his job (he was new, I was told). Ordered me to park far from the entrance, and a car parked right behind me this made it extreamly difficult to get luggage out of the back (Shogan 3.2). I was in extream pain before dropping off my keys. On the return everything went 5 star well.”
“Used mid-stay again, this time for a very short business trip. Excellent value and ease of location, particularly in comparison with my local airport NCL. I'd rather travel up to EDI instead of using NCL.”
“Don't use it. Park anywhere else but the airport. So stressful. Even using the sat navigation I couldn't find the right place. Went through the drop off barriers twice at a cost of £8.50 each time. Ended up parking in the long term which cost me £140.00 for 2 nights (3 days) This was on top of my pre-booked spot. No humans to ask where to go.
Give it a miss they are just after more money”
“Spaces are tight and sign posting could be better (use "Terminal surface" on signs if that is what the booking states). Google maps directed me to a different area based on the post-code, but the link sent through by email was correct.”
