“Everything was fine until we were leaving; there was a technical problem with the exit barriers, so we just had to wait (with other cars) until the barriers were working again.”

“Edinburgh Airport Parking geneally acceptable - signage from the arrivals terminal to the Long Stay Car Park - not in evidence (just a sign to Plane Parking). Car Park could do with some public toilets, as many have to travel from afar to get to the parking, followed by a typical walk of 15 minutes or so.”

When I went to leave the park I put my ticket in at the barrier and the screen advised that I owed £105.00
I had to press the button for help and then explain to the person my situation that I had prepaid and the machine was still trying to charge me Ā£105.00, he then raised the barrier and let me out.”
