“What a great service, much better than our local airport so we will definitely be using Edinburgh going forward. Ridiculously easy to use; I had a problem understanding where to put the sticker on the key ring but that was because I went needlessly into panic mode and didn't read the instructions properly. A very kind member of staff came out to help me do it properly. We picked up the car at 1.30am after a 2 hour delay and it all worked seamlessly. My reviews of Airbnb and one of the tours we went on will not be as glowing....!!”
“The pre booking and payment went well but arrival not so good. The barrier was supposed to recognise my registration number, issue a ticket with the number and booking reference and open - none of that happened. I had to press the intercom and the disinterested operator said that I should take a ticket "like everybody else" and it would be sorted on my way back. I emailed the booking service and got no response. Upon my return the barrier still didn't recognise my car and upon inserting the ticket was asked for another £290. This time the operator asked for my number, validated the ticket, and the barrier lifted. Not impressed!”
“Perfect! Staff in hand to guide you through the process. Well signposted and a breeze to do. Collection was just as simple, scan your ticket and the box opens with your keys. Car parked in designated space. Would recommend and will use again.”
“No complaints about the car park - except, once again, despite having the correct booking, barrier wouldn't open, demanding £672.50 instead. This has happened so many times that is now expected. You need to have the booking reference ready and speak to someone, so just a warning to the unwary really. Not sure why this is, but still annoying/disconcerting?”
“Had no issues with the parking at the long stay , close enough to the terminal for a 5/10 minute walk , just the usual complaints about every aspect of parking at Edinburgh Airport cost .”
