“I paid Ā£35 to park in Edidbrugh airport Monday - Thursday. Easy journey, well sign posted, collected ticket, 2 mins walk too airport.
On return journey - drove out. Eyes nearly popped out my head when I submitted ticked to leave saying I owed Ā£210. I spoke to the ticket conductor on the end in the phone who let me out without paying Ā£210. Phew.”
“I had to change my booking to a different car, this I did online via manage my booking. Trying to link the new car to the current booking didnāt seem to work. On leaving the parking, the barrier wouldnāt lift and had to speak to attendant who didnāt really care. No phone number to call to clarify nor response from my email.”

“An efficient parking system. Booked and paid our parking very early. However, we had a car change in the meantime, and we used the booking amendment system to change the car details. However, on departure in the wee small hours, the ticket machine was requiring us to pay a very large sum to raise the barrier. We used the help button and all was resolved very quickly. (Thank you). This is not the first time, as I recall a similar experience at the same park, some years ago.”
