“Perfect! Staff in hand to guide you through the process. Well signposted and a breeze to do. Collection was just as simple, scan your ticket and the box opens with your keys. Car parked in designated space. Would recommend and will use again.”
“No complaints about the car park - except, once again, despite having the correct booking, barrier wouldn't open, demanding £672.50 instead. This has happened so many times that is now expected. You need to have the booking reference ready and speak to someone, so just a warning to the unwary really. Not sure why this is, but still annoying/disconcerting?”

“Hi, I used to get my car charged when parking. The website is hard to work out what’s going on to see if the car will be charged or not. Last twice it’s not been. Could you clarify if this is still an option please?

“Worked perfectly. V close to the terminal. Only slight gripe is that it could do with better sineage from the terminal back to the carpark as the you exit from a different door than you enter.”
