“I never usually have issues at Edinburgh Airport Parking. Dropped a star this time because I had to buzz the attendant to get out. This happened because I switched the vehicle four days before I was parking due to unforeseen circumstances.
The change clearly did not update the system at some level.
Otherwise no issues finding a parking spot and getting the bus from Plane Parking.”
“First time using fast park and can honestly say the process was quick and simple.
Drop car off, scan barcode, leave your key.
On arrival back just simpley use the machine to scan barcode and your key is in the box then simply walk to your car 30 seconds away.
Will be using this service from now on.”
“Signage was good when paired with the detailing email instructions due to how busy the airport is you can feel a little pressure when it comes to finding the correct lane, the email instructions helped.
Instructions could have noted the fast track bridge being on lvl 2.”
“Would definitely recommend Plane Parking. So easy to find and park you car. Only waited about 5 minutes on the next bus to pick us up and drop off at the terminal building. Same on the return, a bus waiting so jumped straight on.”
“The plane parking area was easy to reach. I had pre booked and did expect the entrance to read my number plate. When it didn't I had to use the intercom. The response was quick.
On my return, I could not locate the ticket I had to pull to get in so again had to press the intercom. The gentlemen who helped me was very pleasant.”

“Using the fast park was excellent, not a problem with this part , my only problem was when leaving, with all the anpr technology it can’t recognise a registration plate that has paid and open the final gate and the person on the intercom was so rude and dismissive. Get that final exit gate sorted and 5 stars”
“So handy and close by. I had to unexpectedly leave due to a family emergency at check in when I was meant to leave so delayed my travel date, and ended up back 2 days later to continue with my travel plans just cut shorter and my booking was still honoured. Already booked for my next trip away. The fast track that comes with it is a massive plus also. To book that for the 4 of us would cost almost the same as the parking. Highly recommended especially with kids as it takes the hassle out of the shuttle busses too.”
“Cost me £90 to book for little more than a day , I was fined an extra £15.00 to enter the parking area and another £ 7 .00 tp leave , this time gecause I was 5 minuites over the time I thought I was to leave , I park at both EDI and GLA 3-4 times a month and this is the very worst experience I have ever experienced .”
