“Staff were really friendly and helpful - but when we picked the car up it was filthy, really stubborn dirt! I paid £210 for the week, the condition of the car was unacceptable… very disappointing”
“Great as usual, always pick this car park. Shuttle bus included in the price, less than 5 minutes away from the airport and buses are very regular never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Thanks again!”
“I'm a regular user of the Edinburgh Airport Parking and generally satisfied with the service. On several occasions, however, when I checked out the system didn't recognise that I had purchased the parking online in advance. I then had to use the intercom system to call someone to recognise this and raise the barrier. This happened again two days ago. There seems therefore to be a persistent problem in the IT system. Surely this can corrected.”
“We had never traveled from Edinburgh Airport before so we were a little apprehensive of where to go and what to do. We needn’t of worried as the Fastpark was very easy to find, we had already checked in the day before, so we literally drove through the check-in area, the lady there was very helpful and told us what to do. We then drove the car into the correct lane and then handed our keys in. Such an easy process. On arrival back the process was equally as smooth. We collected our keys by presenting a barcode and our keys were released from a small key locker, our key had the lane and number of where we could collect our car which was a few minutes walk away and then we were on our way home. Would definitely use the Fastpark again if we fly from Edinburgh. Our normal airport is Newcastle and they dont offer this facility.”
“We used the Fastpark and have to say it was extremely easy. We had a slight problem on our return releasing our keys from the locker but within a few minutes the supervisor had it resolved, she was very helpful, cheery and pleasant. We will definitely use again as it was cheaper than the other parking areas.”
“Really convenient for a short stay.
The only problem was the barriers werent working on the way in and folk were trying to reverse back out. I asked if anyone had pressed the assistance button, they hadn’t 🤷♀️
As soon as they did I was rectified”
“We used Fast Park. It was easy to find, well signposted and easy to process. On our return it was easy to get the key and find the car. It’s not straight forward to get out, you need to press for a ticket to let you out of the last barrier. Here I was asked to pay £10. I had paid in advance for Fast Park. I rang for help and the barrier was lifted without payment. I don’t really understand what happened. It wouldn’t stop me using it again though.”
“Close to the airport, so easy to park in. Number plate recognition did not work when driving in. Also far track not recognised when going through either.
It would be better if the signs showed you what floor to go to to park on”
