“Excellent. Easy to use and efficient shuttle service. Better signage to locate car in huge carpark would be even better. Rather small parking space too but at least it's outside and no horrible concrete kerbs!”
“Fastpark at Edinburgh Airport was so convenient. Just leave your car , scan the app and you’re only a two minute walk to the terminal. On your return journey it’s the same simple process and you’re on your way home.”
“Easy drop off. I had changed the time of my pick up due to my flight time changing back in December. This wasn’t changed on the system but there was a really sound Scottish guy who helped us at the lockers as it was trying to charge me £25 over stay.
That would be the only annoying thing as I had notified you so didn’t expect the charge. But the man was lovely and sorted it quickly.”
“I never usually have issues at Edinburgh Airport Parking. Dropped a star this time because I had to buzz the attendant to get out. This happened because I switched the vehicle four days before I was parking due to unforeseen circumstances.
The change clearly did not update the system at some level.
Otherwise no issues finding a parking spot and getting the bus from Plane Parking.”

Drop car off, scan barcode, leave your key.
On arrival back just simpley use the machine to scan barcode and your key is in the box then simply walk to your car 30 seconds away.
Will be using this service from now on.”
“Signage was good when paired with the detailing email instructions due to how busy the airport is you can feel a little pressure when it comes to finding the correct lane, the email instructions helped.
Instructions could have noted the fast track bridge being on lvl 2.”
“Would definitely recommend Plane Parking. So easy to find and park you car. Only waited about 5 minutes on the next bus to pick us up and drop off at the terminal building. Same on the return, a bus waiting so jumped straight on.”
“The plane parking area was easy to reach. I had pre booked and did expect the entrance to read my number plate. When it didn't I had to use the intercom. The response was quick.
On my return, I could not locate the ticket I had to pull to get in so again had to press the intercom. The gentlemen who helped me was very pleasant.”
