“Signage to the front of terminal long stay car park was confusing and not very clear, actual car spaces are very small but thankfully no damage to car when we returned”
“Multi-storey with fast track access is quickest and easiest way to get into the airport. Spaces are always available on 3rd and 4th floors. Recent rate hikes make it very expensive to park, however.”
“The only Down side was I turned up at about 1.30pm on the 5th to find myself driving around looking for a space at which I couldn't find & the time was getting close to me getting on my flight so at my surprise I seen cars parked not in parking bays so I thought those people had the same problem so I parked my car the same when I returned I had a notice on the windscreen telling me that it was wrong to park where I did but there was cars on my return which didn't have a notice on... any reason why I couldn't find a space? “My car wasn't stolen. My car wasn't broken into. But it was scored all the way along one side, presumably by someone dragging luggage between my car and the one next to it. The damage should be repairable using T Cut so I shouldn't need to make an insurance claim, but it is very annoying. I have to park my car there again in a few weeks so am worried about similar damage. Couldn't see how to report damage while there and needed to get home with small child. Doubt if such an incident would ever be recorded on camera.”
“When I left the carpark I put the ticket in the machine at the barrier. It said I owed £160.
It was a prepaid parking online so I did not owe them anything. The attendant checked my booking and let me through and told me to ignore the demand for money. I checked my bank account the next day in case it had been debited from my account.”
“Small airport and easy to find way round once inside. However, directions to car park not clear and staff in the drop off point we're unhelpful and not able to tell me how to get to the surface terminal car park. No change in the shops of return journey. Had to buy crisps on my debit card. No staff on tills on out bound journey - had to use self check out, none of which were working so the one member of staff was run off his feet.”
