“As i'm new, i didnt go to the surface parking straight. I went to the drop off first where people told me off. Then i had to pay the drop off.
The surface parking is not well indicated...”
“Access is good but the web site could be better. You should be able to set up an account and log in and you have profile instead of in putting all the time. Like Newcastle for example. Costs high for parking .”
“Easy online booking. But after a three hour delay we got to the exit and were advised of a £5 charge. By the time we found the pay point this had risen to to £12.50! Beware!”

“Very convenient parking, easy access but on departure and having prepaid £40+ I was confronted with the message at barrier that I owed £140! It was quickly resolved but no apology given.”
“Easy to use - but a couple of criticisms, is it is very expensive at £40 for 2 nights. There were no buses in 'plane parking' so you have to walk into the long stay carpark which is a bit annoying for that amount on money.. also waiting in the car park for the bus to the terminal took about 25/30 minutes as a bus drove in, parked up and didn't move for over 15 minutes. When it did finally drive round to collect us it stopped again to let another empty bus over take. Make sure you allow plenty of time eg 1/2 hour+ each way to get from car to airport and vice versa.”
