“Had bought a Plane Parking Refundable ticket in Oct. I had been charged but hadn’t been sent confirmation so ended up buying a second ticket to make sure I had one. Trying to cancel or contact someone is very difficult and have had no response to my email yet”
“Parking ample but no signage to get to airport which is required when shuttle bus not operating.
On return similar problem with signage out of terminal to car park which was very unpleasant due to heavy rain.
Although we had paid for parking in advance we were instructed that we were due £174 before leaving.
Spoke on intercom to resolve issue which was without apology.”
“Yet again despite pre paying the barrier asked me for £150. That's the 3rd time in a row this happened and the same happened to my colleague when he was driving out. When are you going to get this fixed?”
“I booked a stay and the system was not working. Had to take a ticket to get in.
Was told this was ok because the system was down.
On returning I was informed I would have to pay almost £500.00.
Staff were fantastic and fixed the situation.
It did however frustrate the hell out of me!!!!

“Your service continues to be appalling. I always have to call to get out of the car park and queues regularly build up but you appear to do nothing about it. This has been going on for weeks but you don’t seem to care. Are you planning on doing anything about it?”
“Tired to charge me £174 for parking when I paid online, luckily I pressed the help button unlike one of my friends who got conned out of £120 after also paying online.”
“Was delayed by 10 hours. Got charged without warning. £4 to get out of the gate and a further £41.99 direct from Visa card.
Other than that great service, just not worth the risk if possible delay.”
“Having pre-booked for 14 days The last thing I needed after a long flight was to be told at the exit barrier that I needed to pay an outstanding £525. Someone else at the adjacent exit barrier was having the same experience. The barriers aren't even lit to show how to contact the person in charge. When I finally managed to speak to someone he just opened the barrier. I didn't even need to quote my payment reference so presumably this is a common fault.”
“Very difficult to find a space on arrival. Walked to the terminal in the rain as no bus provided.
Upon leaving, walked back in the rain again then YET AGAIN I was asked to pay at the barrier, despite having already paid online. Happens all the time. Couldn’t get anyone on the intercom for ages. Really not good enough.”
“I prebooked the ticket every week but every week on the way out the gate it asks for another£120. I then have to phone the man on the gate
To be fair he is helpful but it is not good after a 7 hour journey.”
“pay online in advance doesn't work. Every time i use this car park (having paid in advance), when i come to exit it claims i have a fee to pay of ~£100. I have to speak to staff member in order to get out. If you have a system - please make sure it works, and recognises cars that have paid in advance. Nothing unusual about my car or number plate, so no excuses.”
“Once again I pre booked but in departure machine advised I owed £40. Second time this has happened in 3 weeks. Can you please fix your system once and for all. Bring back shuttle buses as I see them lying redundant on the walk from ling stay to terminal.”
