This is really bad experience!!! I booked Terminal Parking for short time, price £39,99, but when I came back yesterday and wanted leave parking barriers didn't want open and priced me on price £155!!!

Prepaid well before arrival online. Got to barrier and fee was £277 no call button at barrier had to reverse out and go to payment machine, ymthis has happens numerous times at NCP car parks at Aberdeen now Edinburgh, get it sorted !!!!

Hi Alan, Thank you for your review. Edinburgh Airport's car park services are not an NCP. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system did not register you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. Never stayed flight was cancelled told 5 hours before due to park yet you don’t give refund unless 24 hour notice for a refund.

No that good really tbh better with terminal parking got a notification on my phone app my sunroof window was opened , WHY ? So then had to lock on my Mercedes app myself why would anyone touch this button also paid for fast track passport on the same deal which I never got to use because of staff inside airport then had to pay acn extra £4 to leave car park so really £25 out of pocket so no I wouldn’t use fast park again better off parking your car yourself in my opinion nothing anything better offered than parking your car yourself. Diss appointed in the service tbh

Car wasn’t taken back through cameras frozen solid in furthest bay from airport -7. An hours delay as no one there to meet us finally met by a sullen man who even made it difficult for us to exit the car parks - terrible

Plane cancelled within 24 hours of flight so unable to cancel. Not great. Have used before and it is great but should be way to refund if flight is cancelled

Charged an additional stay due to runway closure - completely out with my control. Staff member was extremely rude, and I was charged an additional £4 at the exit barrier.

Made a mistake on the booking, instead of being five past midnight on the 13/12/22 I booked it for five past midnight on 12/12/22 I know I had to pay for the extra day,but not fifty pounds so I'm not very with this amount

Flight delay due to snow and no option to extend beyond 6hrs using the app so returned 15 hrs later (inc 6hrs grace) to a £40 charge. Much better would be the £19.99 I got for 24hrs charged again. So won’t be using again unless they make is easier to extend using the app if flight delayed.

I'm sorry to hear that your delayed flight resulted in an unexpected charge at the exit barrier, if you exit out with the grace period you will be required to pay the roll-up rates. Booked parking for a friend and paid £36.99 for it. When he left it cost him £90 so altogether one night stay was £126.99! no one to tell him to go to contact the office and he had no time to look at this on the booking. He was a bit early for his booking as it was a last minute booking but he was not informed on the way in to contact the help desk on his way out so was charged more for this. should have been informed if he was early and I believe there is a grace period for parking, that he had to contact the office on the way out.Booking reference H58UY2VK3.

Signage to the parking area very poor, we missed the sign which is halfway up the ramp so we were past it before we saw it, had to go through the drop off to go back round (£4 cost) and we're told by attendant that almost everybody had done the same Came home and left but camera didn't read number plate so had to press button to get a ticket then went to the barrier where I was charged again another £4, this after paying £50 to park. If these signage and extra charges are ironed out it would be a great way to park at the airport but annoyed at the extra charges.

It is a disgrace to have people walking from long stay parking to airport,especially in this cold weather. The signage for pedestrians is appealing and I found myself having to walk along busy roads with no pavement. Should not be allowed.

We parked at the drop off parking and we’re very happy with the service however due to flight delays we never arrived back in our allotted time. We were approx 12 hrs late and were charged £25. Half of our original cost. We were then charged £4 to leave at the final barrier, over £30 for a 12 hour delay. Not so good

Once again I was unable to exit the car park on completing my holiday because the ticket would not verify that I had prepaid. This has happened 3 times now and to be honest it leaves a sour taste and a feeling of total incompetence on your part.

Pre booked and paid for, arrived and the barrier wouldn't open for us!! (Fault which they knew of) but no one there to tell us what to do, no signage/ instructions, no email or text. I had to stop close to the entrance so was blocking others entrance to the car park, didn't notice the tiny intercom button on the extreme bottom right hand side just out of my field of view, so pressed for a ticket, in order to get in and check my order confirmation on my phone. Did so and surprise surprise no contact No. On it!!! I could go on but eventually got in after paying £9 to get back out again after a 5 minute stay. Car park itself was full of puddles and worse semi drained puddles with 20mm of slimy mud. Route through the car park to the airport looked like an after thought and was strewn with large stones the size of eggs. My wife wouldn't pull her case for fear of damaging it or the wheels. Location is good but otherwise very poor.
