Fastpark is more convenient than the shuttle to outside parking. But at twice the price it should be. I don't think I'll use it again.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Signage to the airport is not good. I returned to the carprk in freezing temperatures and thought what a pity that the buses aren’t working. Not a suitable car park for the elderly or infirm.

Thank you for your review. Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

The staff at the airport parking were very good and helpful The online web page is not helpful at all if you are delayed or have a flight cancellation while you are away and trying to contact customer service is absolutely impossible I was nearly at the stage of never booking again Improvements need to be made !!

bought a ticket for multi-story -drove through anpr ok - drove in Lh lane but the barrier didnt open - ended up parking outside next to multi

Very good at the 3rd attempt,the machine didn’t regonise our car so drove back out and had to pay £4 to drive round car park ,done same again had to pay another £4 ,eventually got to speak to someone who said it’s fine will sort it when leaving.when leaving it said we owed £155 ,so had to speak to someone again before we could leave ,apart from that it was good would use again

Parking was easy, leaving airport to multi-storey, less than easy Ground floor unsightly, dirty, worn paint markings, broken furniture (disgrace)

I paid a premium for fast park , which does work really well , however I was then charged extra to leave the car park on departure, £4 , which having paid over £50 for 3 days is bad form and left a sour taste .

I wanted long stay but the shuttle bus was not operating and I had an elderly relative that could not walk that far so had to book terminal parking. What an absolute rip off, £30 for 3 hours !!!

Booked online to save time & money - great.... for the second time when trying to exit the long stay car park - had to pay an additional charge to exit - annoying & frustrating at midnight when all you want to do is go home.

The car park is easy to book and use but the spaces are tight. I was travelling with a baby and had luggage and pram. There are no larger spaces for families so had to remove pram etc before driving out for into space. Price was also quite expensive £60 for 5 days.

In the absence of a transfer bud, better signage is required to direct pedestrians toward the terminal and specifically the opening between long and medium stay parking.

Quite a long walk to terminal and not obvious where the walkway is. No explanation as to why no shuttle bus in operation.

Booking & paying for the parking in advance is easy enough but when at the parking location it doesn't seem to matter. Still have to take a ticket on entry and are then expected to exit by slotting the card and paying again. End up having to have conversation with the staff member. It would be good if the whole system was better linked up

Dropping car off is simple, Fast Track is well sign posted and staff were very helpful. Picking the car up was straight forward too. Departing the Fast Track car park however was not so straight forward. I drove up to the barrier to leave expecting it to open automatically as it appears to have a number plate recognition camera. This did not happen and there were no staff in hand or a call button at the barrier. I pressed the button at the barrier and it issued a card. I thought nothing of this and continued my departure following the signs. Eventually I came upon a further barrier to make my final exit, again this barrier did not automatically open so used the card with was issued at the first barrier. It seemed the only way to open the barrier was to insert a parking card. On doing so I was rather disappointed that I then had to pay a further £4.00 just to exit!! As our flight arrived late I was eager to just get on our way. I really don’t imagine this is the way the system is meant to work.
