“I returned to my car early hours of the morning, came home and parked on my drive. Noticed damage to my front bumper when I came out in the morning. Should have checked before I left the carpark but it was a long flight and just wanted to get home. Awaiting a reply from the airport.”
“Very convenient access. Paid in advance which was great and didn’t have to worry about things. The only minus of the experience was asked to be paid additional £100.00 on the exit at the automatic gate. Unnecessary stress. It was quickly resolved by the assistance I called, but should there be somebody maybe older or more naive, would pay - not fair.”
“Fantastic from start to finish. Used Fast Park & was ushered straight into a free space by an lovely employee, who directed me where to drop my keys off, which is 30 yards from the terminal. On return I collected my keys & my car was waiting for me in the first space. I will certainly use the Fast Park service again 10/10”
“As my wife is disabled I prefer to be able to park in your multi storey car park but was unable to book this on my last visit. Please advise how can I book the multi storey car park for future stays ?”
“Good as usual but ANPR does not seem to recognise my number plate as it’s offset. Small gripe but means I have to press intercom. No problem getting out.”
“Prepaid for parking in longstay carpark. Followed instructions but had to pay £22 pound again to exit car park. So i was charged twice. Not happy with service.”
“Convenient. Close to the airport with just a short walk to the terminal. However, entry to and exit from the car park can be a bit awkward, especially in the dark and when the barrier fails to open, which happens frequently. Also, unless you know where you're going, the walking route to the terminal is not always easy to navigate, again, not good in the dark.”
“I only use the Edinburgh parking service. You desperately need to update the system though. I've had a load of issues where I drives up to the barrier and there is some charge. I do need to commend the customer service and politeness of the person on the other side of the speaker, but it really should be easier.”
“The FastPark was the easiest and closest parking to access the airport. On arrival there were clear instructions as to how to drop-off your keys, all attendants were pleasant and helpful. Returning to pick up the car, no issues getting the key and the maps helped locate the car in the car park.
Just be aware, the was only one trolley park at the far end of the car park which I could not access due to barriers between the rows. This resulted in a full walk back to the kiosk - not ideal after 18 hours of flying.”
“What a fantastic and easy experience, it takes a lot of stress out of the airport part of the journey and what was even better was @jet2holidays checked us in and took our bags.
