“Easy to park, especially as there is a bus to take you to Plane Parking and the airport. Very reasonably priced if flights are expensive. Use this car park very often when flying out of Edinburgh”
“Long-term parking Access is good and online booking is easy. Finding an empty slot is difficult but the really poor signage to find the exit is frustrating!!”

“The parking is always easy and the shuttle buses run regularly, however clearly there is an issue with the ticket upon entry as yet again upon exit I’m asked to pay to raise the barrier and have to buzz the control room that I have a valid ticket and they have to manually raise the barrier for me. I have read multiple feedback on this particular issue. One to sort out guys as it doesn’t help peoples stress levels.”
“Arriving at the start of our holiday we had no problems and staff were extremely helpful as we have a blue badge. On exiting the airport at the end of our holiday, we were confused where to pick up the car as there was no visible signs to show us where to go. I asked a lady who was working at the bus terminal if she could assist us but she abruptly told me she works for the bus company and not the airport... fair enough! A very helpful gentleman who works for the airport walked past us & we asked him if he could direct us. He very kindly walked the whole way back with us & took us to where we needed to be. If there was better signage to the car park, it would have been easier for me and my disabled husband.”

“Using Edinburgh Airport Fast Track parking is so simple and easy to do from the Booking process, to dropping off your car and collecting it when required it is smooth and easy. With the added benefit of being a minute’s walk to Departures/Arrivals it literally only takes a couple of minutes.
However, my only issue was that when I collected my car I found that the drivers seat. had been moved, which is understandable but also my automatic headlights setting had been switched off and the radio channel had been changed. Minor issues really but worth mentioning. Otherwise I highly recommend using Fast Park to anyone travelling from/to Edinburgh Airporrt.”
“The booking process and the parking itself was great. However, we did have some difficulty in locating the terminal multi-story carpark on arrival very early morning. We arrived in the dark and the sign-posting was unclear and difficult to read in the dark. We even ended up in another carpark and had to buzz to be let out and asked for cleaerr directions to the terminal multi-story, which we then followed.”
