“Well signposted. Attendant explained everything on arrival. Depositing keys was straightforward and there was a helpful guy avaikable.
Coming back key retrieval was simple enough similar to a parcel box you get at supermslarkets and garages. Would reccomend.”
“Plane Parking is much further away than advertised. Bus took 25 minutes not advertised 12. Also not enough signage for where car is parked up. I t took an HOUR to find my car! The staff member was so helpful but sure what I would have done without his help”
“We didn’t have any problems following the instructions to the car park. Easy entry with our prepaid parking and vehicle registration recognition at the barrier. Plenty of parking spaces and 5 minute walk to airport terminal.”

2 x concerns
1. The mileage on returning to my car was greater by 3 miles, which indicates that the car was either driven around the car park , or taken off site ?
2. On leaving the main carpark barriers it was not easy to see that there was only one exit barrier for Fast Park customers , perhaps this should be made aware to customers on checking in or on their return key collection ticket .”

“Our overnight return flight had to be rearranged with the result that we went to pick up our car at the mid stay parking lot approximately 14 hours late. Of course the gate did not open when the ticket was inserted and we had to press the button for help. The response was immediate and we were able to leave after a brief conversation with your attendant.”

“Pre booked the multi storey as we prefer being close to airport. Like the provision of fast track security passes that come with booking. Have used this service on many occasions and usually no problems until June this year. The airports auto number plate recognition did not seem to be working both entering and exiting. Assistant on intercom was able to sort issue both ways, which included the nasty surprise of our ticket showing we were due to pay ÂŁ930 to exit ! All eventually sorted but not good for the heart rate !”
“The parking area was very busy but we found a place to park which was about 100 metres from the bus stop. Buses were regular and took about 19 minutes to drop off. Coming back was fine and waited about 10 minutes. Well sign posted so easy to use.”
