“Compared to other airport options, decently priced. Booking was easy and entry not a problem with number plate recognition. However I was charged again on exit and when raising a query via the website was told they'd get back to me in 8 days. Yes, I could have contested it at the time via the intercom if I'd realised, but this is still pretty poor.”
“Arrival was great. A couple of problems on return. We had great difficulty getting the bar code to scan, car was not in the designated bay but next one, we couldn’t get barrier to lift on exit. It eventually did but not before queue had formed behind us”

Unclear what to do with ticket provided and at barriers I had to buzz 4 times as the staff kept hanging up before getting out the gate which isn’t ideal in late evening.”
“Waited quite a while on the Plane Parking bus outward and return. Took 20 minutes to get out the airport in my car when I returned. Traffic queued in all directions. I think I will try Glasgow next time”
“Good parking but on leaving it was difficult to see which queue to enter. At the machine I had to contact the control and pay an extra £10 despite only being 30 minutes early for my booking in timeslot and 4 hours early leaving. Grace period 2 hours before and 4 hours afterwards. No explanation but to save a queue forming I just paid the extra.”
