“Having never done this before I wondered how it would work out and I have to say it was perfect in every way. Someone was at the barrier to explain which row to park in and where to head for the next step and then someone to explain at the next step how you retrieve your keys and where your vehicle maybe parked on your return. It was so slick both ways. Very impressive and I would definitely book this way again. 2 mins to the terminal on foot once you have dropped the car, 2 mins to get your keys and be back at you car in the return!!!”
“Excellent price compared to other airports and even having to get a bus to and from the carpark was easy. We literally pulled into a space and saw the bus driver waiting for us. Really friendly and helpful. We were at the airport in minutes. Coming back there was again a bus waiting and I took us immedielty despite there only being a few passengers. No waiting around at all.”
“We chose the long stay car park. We had no problems. It was a 10 minute walk. Remember where you left your car. While we were going to our car, a couple forgot where they had left their car!”

Got a ticket from a barrier we came to.
The ticket didn't work in the next barrier. It obviously didn't read our reg.
Had to press button for help. The help was quick but they opened the barrier and just cut the line off without saying anything to us. Very rude.
Had the same again on the way out, message came up on the barrier that we owed £290, pressed help button. Explained we had paid, they said hang on, then just opened barrier without a word. So they just must all hang up on you without saying that it was all sorted.”
“The whole process was stress free and easy to use, staff were on hand at edinburgh airport at all times to help and it was signposted really clearly from the main roundabout. (Other car parks are not as well signposted and can be confusing in the early hours and in poor weather) On my arrival back at the airport it was easy to pick up my keys but I was under the impression my car would be parked closer to where I picked up my keys, luckily it had stopped raining. The numbering of the bays where the cars are parked could be easier to navigate I was in row A but from the signs had no idea how far my bay was down the line, I also felt there were not enough signs to show the exit from Fastpark out to the roundabout and if you are tired from a long flight and it is dark and poor weather trying to find the exit could be confusing.”

Bus drovers friendly, even stopped to pick us up as we were on way to bus stop.
