“I parked my Audi Q5 in Midstay car park 27 April to 1 May 2026.
I left the driver's window open. On my return I discovered one of
the car park staff had covered the window space with extensive
polythene. There had been very heavy rain over the previous 12 hours.
The inside of the car was completely dry. Thank you for wonderful

Same happened to others, so assuming it was a glitch in systems. Operator fixed the problem”
“Excellent, couldn’t be easier particularly on return. No hanging around waiting for a bus or wondering where you car has been parked. We now always use it when parking at Edinburgh airport”
“Parking service was excellent, people on hand to help, very quick and right next to airport entrance. The only thing to note is that in coming in we missed the exit for FastPark, our fault, just for people to keep eye on , also when picking up key,you have to note where your car is and also number of locker to collect key, it was very quick on screen. They are just tips for people. Would definitely use again.”

On return, it would be useful to have better signage for mid term and long term car parks outside the Arrivals exits.”
“I purchased a 3 day parking between 3am 24 May and 4:30pm 26 May at the price of £49.99. I arrived at the car park and picked up my car at 2:50pm on Sunday 26 May. The screen at the exit showed “ you have £220.00 unpaid “. I was shocked when I saw it. Fortunately it changed to “ 0 balance “ on the screen after speaking to the officer.”
