Car was all covered in layer of dust on return. Bus pickup at airport at departures not arrivals. Took time to walk and find.asked to pay £185 on exit on prepaid parking booking. Resolved issue quickly”
“The online booking system was easy to use. When we arrived at our car park there was a slight hiccup with getting in with the ticket. Took us all of 20 seconds after pushing the button for assistance for it all to be sorted by the very helpful member of staff. “With secure air parks being sold out on my holiday dates, surprisingly, the multi-storey at the airport was the next cheapest option through a weekend saver deal
Pros:
Very close to terminal, no shuttle buses required, car park well lit with lots of spaces
Cons:
Still not signposted as well it should be on entry, ANPR system didn’t recognise my plate on entry & we had to wait & confirm with someone thru the intercom button before barrier would raise, same again on exit, barrier wouldn’t raise & exit machine was telling me I owed them £150, even though id already paid it all online, again, had to go through the intercom chat process before I could get out
In summary, if the price is right, id use it again, as its a good car park being very close to the terminal building which is directly opposite, but they need to get their entry & exit process sorted out & doing what it advertises”
“Dropping the car off and then a short stroll to departures couldn’t be easier.
Collecting the car within a minute or two of leaving the terminal can’t be beaten.
This is the first time we’ve used this service but it won’t be the last. Thoroughly well organised and strongly recommended.”
“When I arrived the ANPR did not recognise my car so the barrier didn't open. However upon using the intercom the Operator checked mt Reg. and opened the barrier so all good. Found a space fairly readily.

“The Multi-storey parking is very convenient for the airport.
We were delighted to get the FastTrack passes however I did not read the small print. (see at end).
Do NOT use the overbridge if you have check in luggage. Long twisting walk.
Do NOT use the overbridge on your return if you arrive after 19:00 as it is not accessable from the airport.
It is easier to go outside in the wind and rain!!
Small Print:
Those who have booked Multi-storey parking automatically get FastTrack passes. In this case, providing there are no bags to check-in, the easiest way to access it is via the overbridge on the second level of the Multi-storey car park. Follow the signs and you'll be in security in a few short minutes.
If you're not coming from the Multi-storey car park the FastTrack lane is situated to the left of the e-gates (the area where you scan your boarding pass) as you make your way towards security.
The FastTrack lane is open each day from 04:00 to 19:00.”

Gate didn’t recognise number plate on arrival and needed to contact someone to get access.”
