“Really convenient for a short stay.
The only problem was the barriers werent working on the way in and folk were trying to reverse back out. I asked if anyone had pressed the assistance button, they hadn’t 🤷♀️
As soon as they did I was rectified”
“We used Fast Park. It was easy to find, well signposted and easy to process. On our return it was easy to get the key and find the car. It’s not straight forward to get out, you need to press for a ticket to let you out of the last barrier. Here I was asked to pay £10. I had paid in advance for Fast Park. I rang for help and the barrier was lifted without payment. I don’t really understand what happened. It wouldn’t stop me using it again though.”
“Close to the airport, so easy to park in. Number plate recognition did not work when driving in. Also far track not recognised when going through either.
It would be better if the signs showed you what floor to go to to park on”
“Great price, Brilliant service and easy to use.
Perfect location...just a minute walk to the terminal which was perfect for my dad who is sight impaired. Car was waiting for us on return.
Only 1 slight issue...car went in spotless but was covered in dust or sand when I picked it up. Still 5 stars though but courtesy wash could have helped :)”
“Paid in advance and expect / was advise number plater recognition would be in place. It wasn't! Barrier would not go up. Called assistance button and eventually got an answer and let in, but no ticket given out by machine. On return could not get out. Machine this time wanted a ticket, which we were not issued with. Had to call assistance again and to get let out. THere has got to be better technology than this.”
