“Quite tricky to find, ended up in the drop off area as satnav doesn't coincide with postcode on booking. Car was safe, short wait for outward bus journey, bus was warm and comfortable, although went round car park twice? Bus was waiting on arrival, quick and efficient return. Quite expensive compared with Glasgow Airport options.”
“Very easy to acces Fastpark on arrival at Edinburgh. Helpful attendee at check in despite it being very early in the morning.
On return from airport, the signage is confusing and not as easy to find way back.
No staff available to help with a query on return despite it being early evening. Had to hunt for someone to help.
On return to our car was absolutely filthy with dust which was disappointing. No other cars near us were in the same state. We had to drive hundreds of miles home which was far from ideal.”
“As a regular user the new automated ticketeing system is flawed and frustrating. When exiting the new machines still instruct insert ticket yet the issued printed tickets do not fit in the machine! Everytime I use the multistory it does not recognise my car via the cameras so I have to call and wait a long time before the call is answered, the excuse being the new system has glitches or I have parked incorrectly in front of the camera, like its my fault, passing the blame onto the customer, well done!
Also, carrying out buidling maintatnece at peak times with ramdom spaces contstantly coned off for months at a time appears simply to be down to poor business /faciliets management.”
“For the second year we couldn’t get out the car park.
Pressed the intercom button on the screen at the barrier 3 or 4 times before someone answered.
We waited 10 minutes along with other cars who also couldn’t get out. There was now a very large queue of cars waiting.”
“Not easy to spot the turning for the fast parking and ended up costing us £10 extra to go back around.
Thought fast parking would mean leaving car right at the kiosk but instead there are lanes of cars. It was closer on return but still not as great as I thought and still the worry of leaving your car with a stranger in charge. Will use terminal parking again next time. That way I’ll know exactly where my car is and that no one is driving it or leaving it somewhere dodgy.”
