“I recently used Edinburgh Airport Valet Parking and was impressed by the seamless experience, completely driven by the amazing staff. From the moment I drove into the drop-off lane, the parking attendants were incredibly helpful and approachable. Their cheerful attitude instantly put me at ease and made the start of my trip entirely stress-free!”
“Easy to find a parking spot and only took us about 5 minutes to walk to airport. You keep you own keys so feels very secure. .are a easy start and end to our holiday and was just as cheap as using the further away ones with shuttle buses”
“Have parked here many times now and never had an issue but on my return this time, found settings had been changed on my car, drivers seat wound back to almost 45° , mirrors adjusted to suit seating position, radio stations changed, dashboard display changed, way beyond anything someone would need to do to just park the car, more like someone had been joy riding in the car.”
“Poor Automatic barrier did not recognise my number plate so had to reverse back to press green button. When collection of keys car location flashed up quick then off so didn’t get it as had hands full with kids so took sometime to find car. Then once found got through first barrier no problem however last barrier had to press the call button for assistance which took a few minutes and I had not idea what he said due to back ground noise so overall was not impressed used before with same car and didn’t have problem but this time nightmare”
“Could hardly be any closer to Terminal, just park car, hand key in & off you go on holiday, coming back, key was in locked number box, put in code, get key & off home within 10mins of collecting baggage

“The system failed to recognise my license plate, so I had to manually connect with a staff member to enter and exit. Since making a reservation beforehand didn't seem to make much of a difference, I likely won't use the multi-storey parking lot in the future.”
“Car park toilets a health hazard. Avoid. Buses scrapped from certain areas of car parks. Instead long long walk. Unacceptable. Place dirty throughout like all of Edinburgh airport. Drop off fees outrageously high for such an appalling poor airport. And insult to injury, leaving car park ( despite prepaid booking) gate wouldn't work saying we owed £510. Buzzed the assistant. Took our reg and lifted the barrier. No explanation. No apology. Typical of service at Edinburgh airport. This is Scotland's capital city airport. You wouldn't think so. It's like arriving in a 3rd World Country. Oh wait we are fast becoming a 3rd world Country.”
“The good bits - car check in and retrieval was really good. The bad point - for the second time in a row, I was asked for more money at the exit - despite fully paying. Is this a deliberate ploy? It certainly feels like a scam.”
