“Overall, terminal surface parking is good, and I recommend. Even the parking lot is slightly narrow but it can’t beat the convenience to access the terminal. The reason I only rated 4stars is because I had to driving inside of parking for few rounds or wait to get a parking space, even I have pre booked the parking, and this happened everytime I used the terminal surface parking.”

“The system for prepaid use - entering and exiting -worked very well this time. Bit of difficulty finding a vacant space but nothing new there!
Would be good if you could develop your technology to enable those with an app to locate an empty space when its so busy! Also, painting a reference number at the back of each space might be useful - eg C3 21.
Better signage for those new to finding the right track to the terminal would help too.”
“Plane Parking very well signposted. Extremely easy to park and bus takes you to terminal stop where there is only a short walk to airport. Extremely easy to navigate back on return.”
“Had issue with a flat battery after 11pm. Staff rolled down the blinds and turned off the lights when I tried to report it so the rescue vehicle could be let in. Use at your own risk.”

“Parking is great, no issues.
Arrived 5.30am still dark, despite being there several times before I took wrong exit on roundabout, twice, once being into drop off point, no way back, so £8.50 later i get back to roundabout, and carefully managed to find the multi storey, which was prepaid.
Got ticket, and barrier didn't open, so spoke to someone, who let us in.
On review of ticket I noticed that the registration was incorrect!
On way out, I had to use intercom and having explained the barrier was opened.”
