“Would have worked a lot better if the number plate recognition system was working so we didn’t have to wait for assistance. However once through to the person and number plate checked it was very quick.”

“The service is fine, quick and very convenient. But if you have a problem with the car after pick up, it's not easy to contact them, slow email reply..I'm still waiting. I suggest install cameras on the car before using this service.”

“My flight got cancelled from Orlando and I had to pay £50 extra for parking which is shocking, which was out with my control. No one to help and when asked I was told there’s nothing we can do. I had to book and other flight I got from Orlando to London to Glasgow which was a nightmare alone. I live 65 miles from Edinburgh airport so then had that round trip of 130 miles the next day on Monday to collect my car which was not ideal with the jet lag, not including costs of fuel for that. So yeah terrible experience and will be putting my reviews on Edinburgh’s site.”
“Parking was very easy to find but when we left, I had read that my reg plate would be scanned and the barrier would go up automatically. The barrier didn’t lift and when I pressed the button, it said I owed £510! I had already paid £240 to park for the week! There was another button to speak to an operator and he opened it for me but it was a moment of stress I didn’t need!”
