“The good bits - car check in and retrieval was really good. The bad point - for the second time in a row, I was asked for more money at the exit - despite fully paying. Is this a deliberate ploy? It certainly feels like a scam.”
“Always met with very polite and helpful staff on arrival,but unfortunately not very happy on return from holidays to find our car's controls were moved temperature on high heat, steering wheel and seats heaters switched on and drivers seat back rest fully extended ??”
“Fastpark is clearly signposted so is easy to find. Someone is there to tell you which lane to pull your car into and then people are there to assist you. Everything in the key drop area is easily explained. I always take a photo of our QR key receipt just in case as you need it to get your keys back on return. When you arrive back you just scan the receipt with the QR code and it tells you which box your keys are in, open the box and there are your keys with the exact place to pick your car up. This is the second time we have used Fastpark and would thoroughly recommend it.”
“The parking was easy to get into and although it was busy i eventually found a space. Sadly the walkway to the terminal has these bumps at every road 2 times over that makes dragging your suitcases more difficult. These need to be removed as they make you exhausted by the time you get to the airport and grumpy as you leave. Flatten that out to make it easier for rolly cases and the experience would be a much better one.”
“Signage to the car park was confusing and instructions in the email weren’t clear. I accidentally went into the short stay and had to pay £8.50 because there was no way to turn back. Also, the email said I needed a ticket, but I didn’t, which added to the confusion. When I knocked for help, the staff ignored me even though they were inside. On the plus side, actual parking and exiting was straightforward once I was in. Mainly needs improvement on signage, instructions, and staff responsiveness.”

Just a short walk to the terminal and car is easy to collect.

Just drive in park and go straight across from terminal. Return so easy pick up car and drive off so much better than waiting on transfer bus will always use in future”
“Overall, terminal surface parking is good, and I recommend. Even the parking lot is slightly narrow but it can’t beat the convenience to access the terminal. The reason I only rated 4stars is because I had to driving inside of parking for few rounds or wait to get a parking space, even I have pre booked the parking, and this happened everytime I used the terminal surface parking.”
