“I made an error booking realised immediately but despite many hours trying was unable to fix it. While it is of my own doing this is an unacceptable level of customer service.”
“We used Fast Park and got our car back after 2 weeks in a disgraceful state. I was unable to drive it because it was so dirty and had to stop at the first garage we passed to clean it (in order to see out the windows and wing mirrors). We were left a note in our car offering a derisory £20 discount off our next booking. When we complained we were told that we'd be refunded our booking but have not heard anything further. I have more photos to show the state of the car when it was left for pick up by us. Unacceptably bad service.”
“This was the ideal place to park. Quick and easy drop off. Instructions were very clear and staff helpful. On return, we were very glad of the proximity to the terminal building. We'd definitely use FastPark again.”

“We used Plane Parking this time, rather than the Long Stay - granted it's further away but you do get a bus. Maybe they are not as frequent at 3am as during the day & there's only 2 pick up points in a pretty big car park. Car was absolutely filthy on return & covered in seagull poop! Spaces are varying sizes!”
“Surprisingly good value considering the newly increased drop off costs. Great to get the fast track included. Only snag I have found is that the anpr cameras often misread my number plate. However, someone is always quick to answer the intercom and sorts me out!”
“Very easy car drop off, when we went to drop the keys off the assistant was helpful and showed us what to do, on the way back we went straight to the lockers, scanned the qr code received our car key and where literally in the car and away in 5 mins. Using the same service in September for our trip to Italy and will definitely use again on future holidays.”
