Really straight forward to book, park and leave / collect the car. this alone would probably merit 5 stars.
However, upon collecting the car the system noted my car was not ready. I went to reception to be told by a Manager that in parking off-site FastPark had damaged my car - the picture shown, had a Land Rover backed too far causing some minor damage to my front grille.
These things happen. My beef is that I was told I would be contacted by a Manager to discuss repairs the next day. I'm still waiting! Very unprofessional!”
“Regular bus, parking is fine, reasonable price.
As always, the ANPR never works on the way out and it tried to bill me £205 for 8 days even though I had already prepaid.
There iare no walkways between cars so you have to drag suitcases between the parked cars which is not ideal.”
