“God entry and exit system (now ticketless). A bit of a run-around to find a space and then quite a long walk to the terminal. Luckily the weather was fine - but on a cold and dark night, when it's raining and in the middle of winter - well, that would be a different story!”
“The parking itself was great, can’t fault but was annoyed to be billed £10 extra at leaving to exit the facility esp after entering all flight details etc, I was actually early in picking my car up as flight got in earlier and I didn’t have checked luggage to deal with as was carry on”
“Overall it was good, however when I went through the first barrier to get into the multi-storey building the machine misread my car registration and I had to buzz to talk to someone.
The gentleman let me in. On the way out I had to buzz again. It would have been great if I hadn’t had to do this.”
“The long stay car park was the most I’ve ever paid for airport parking but I did leave it later than usual to reserve my space.
Easy to get there, easy to find a space and a short walk to the departure terminal. Park, take your keys and off you go. Would definitely rebook the long stay parking.”

“Due to issues with the luggage removal from our plane, we were nearly 1 hour later than expected & I had to pay £10 penalty charge to get out of the Fasttrack parking area - a good earner for Edinburgh Airport.”
“Parked in plane parking. Happy with the arrival procedure, bus was on time. The car park is large though with no walkways for prams or buggies and not enough space between cars making it challenging to get to the bus stop remember where you parked. Very poor on the return. Waited 40 minutes for a bus to arrive, could have walked but there is little to no signposting and no safe walking route identified at night. Once arrived we sat not moving for a long period as well meaning the whole process added at least an hour to the journey home. Very poor lighting in the car park meant at night the car was very challenging to find. The price for 4 nights (£15 per night) was acceptable if the parking quality improved but as it stands just book the at one of the other bus journey car parks as they are faster and more reliable currently.”
