“Easy to book and having uses the service several times now, easy to get straight into the airport. We usually have large bike boxes or skis and bags, depending on the time of year. These are a nightmare to get on the shuttle buses, making the multi story parking, much easier.”

“Great service, parking easy to find, and get a space. Shuttle bus was regular so not long to wait, 5 mins at airport, easy shirt walk to terminal from bus stance under cover. Only hiccup was exiting after holiday, reader came up wanting X amount off £s, someone else had same issue, had to press to speak to someone , no explanation as to why, but barrier went up. Would have had 5*, if not for that.”

“Was a little worried about how this experience would be as never parked at an airport before. The experience was excellent! Straight in and parked up. Keys dropped off very easily and off on our travels. Extremely quick walk to the airport. On our return, collection of keys very easy, straight to car, less than 1 minute walk. Car was fine, suitcases in and off we went, straight out of car park and back on the road to Durham”

“The walking route to the terminal drop off/pickup point is exposed to the elements. I would get soaked if it was raining. The old stop had a covered walkway from the terminal building. The road round to the Plane Parking is like a farm track or worse. When booking this I thought I was going to be at the Long Stay site. Looks like I’ll need to pay more or fly from Glasgow if possible. On the plus side the bus drivers are very good.”

“Easy to find the Fast Park and drop off the car. No problem in dropping off the keys. Very short walk to the terminal. On arrival, again it's easy to pick up the keys, find the car and drive away. Any staff we saw were very helpful and polite. We'll certainly use Fast Park again.”

“We had booked and prepaid for the terminal car park. On arrival (just before 9 a.m. on a Saturday) the camera misread our number plate and so didn’t automatically issue a ticket. We tried to use the intercom button for assistance (pressed and held as instructed) but after 3 or 4 mins there was no reply so we had to push the button and received a ticket with the incorrect license plate number. When we came to leave and inserted the ticket at the barrier it obviously wanted to charge us again (£175 for 4 days). We used the intercom button which was answered immediately, explained our situation and the very helpful chap had it sorted and lifted the barrier for us in about 30 seconds. So, arrival experience not great, leaving was much better.”
