“This is the 4th time I have used Fastpark and I’ll definitely use it again. Really good to check in a couple of days before departure which sped up things on arrival. Simple to retrieve key on return and just a short walk to my car. On the way home in 5 minutes.”
“Staff very helpful, great location, drive into the car park, hand your keys in, 1 minute later you are in the airport, couldn’t be much easier, we use them all the time in Edinburgh and Glasgow.”
“Will not be parking here again. I prepaid parking in the Plane Parking lot to not be able to use it once I got there. I Followed the instructions from the email given and when I got to the gate, it was asking for an ID Badge. I tried to flag someone to help. No one was around. Had to park in Long stay parking and pay an extra £115.00 on top of the parking I couldnt use. Tried to get in contact with customer support and have not heard anything back in 4 days. Very disappointed.”

“I would have a given it a review with no complaints.
But unfortunately at 4.45am the ticket checking machine before the entrance to the MSCP required the ticket to be inserted 3 times before it validated the ticket which for the 2 times showed up a red invalidation message”
“Parking very easy to find although, being a little early to arrive (morning traffic lighter than expected), had trouble entering. Helpful operator on intercom assisted. Shuttle bus to and from parking very efficient.”
“Plenty of spaces available at long stay. 10 minute walk from the terminal. Booked the two days online for under £20. If I hadn't the stay would've been £85.
When I got to the gate to leave it did not recognize my prepayment so had to wait to confirm my details but this only took a few minutes to sort.
As two paying adults, public transport would have been more expensive and more hassle so I will continue to use this service when I travel.”
“Very happy - plenty of parking spaces, helpful drivers. My car keys were stolen abroad and the shuttle bus driver helpfully stopped at the entrance so my friend could hand me the spare key. I was very tired after 24 hour travel and found it difficult to locate the shuttle bus stop. Maybe check the signage but I appreciate my mind wasn’t functioning well.”
