“Delighted on arrival with the new jet 2 checking in your bags at the same time as car. Staff were amazing and helpful. Sometimes travel alone this was this occasion came home at 3am, car was number 51 furthest from arrival - strange men loitering claiming to have parked at wrong place! Not sure if you can review where you park the cars - especially the cost this time was over double what I normally pay.”

“There seems to be an ongoing issue with regards to parking at Edinburgh Airport. The two issues that I would like to highlight are:
1. There is always an issue getting out of the car park. It does not recognise when you made a pre-booking at the exit.
2. I have made four bookings recently for the charging points. On two occasions, there were no spots available, and on one occasion it was out of order, which left me with a challenge to get home.”
“It may be the furthest away car park, but the Plane Parking was such an easy process and good price. Book your stay, leave car in parking space, find nearest bus stop to get shuttle bus, get off bus, walk short distance to Departures! On arrival back to Edinburgh, do it all backwards!! Easy, thanks 🤩”
“This is the second time i have used the fast park service and certainly wont be the last. It is beyond efficient and easy to use. The fact that you leave and then collect your car literally just outside the terminal is fantastic. Staff on hand incase you need some help”

“The FastPark was excellent fast efficient and well organised with quick easy access to terminal building. Only negative exit was problematic in so far as we expected to go through the camera area but didnt and it wasnt clear what to do at the exit gate, there was also a balance due on account which was an error. However the parking folk were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted it out very quickly. Would definately park there again if the price was rtight, close to the terminal well organised and car was secure for the duration of our holiday plus there was the option to charge EV vehicle too.”
