“The parking was a bit confusing in that my car reg was not recognised at the barrier. When I spoke to the operator he confirmed I was booked and a ticket was issued. When we returned the ticket was displaying that I owed £390. The operator confirmed that I had prepaid and the barrier was raised. Apparently I had been given the wrong ticket.
Parking was convinient though.”
“Excellent experience parking close as to terminal. Ease of use with on hand guidance and instruction when both dropping off and again when picking up after my journey and enroute home.
Overall highly recommend this facility and will be using again on my next trip out of Edinburgh Airport.”

“Very disappointed with my experience. My flight was delayed, and after speaking to an adviser, I attempted to pay for the additional parking time as instructed. Unfortunately, the payment link provided did not work, and I was left with no way to resolve the issue as there was nobody available to speak to for assistance. Despite trying to do the right thing, I was still charged. The lack of support and communication was extremely frustrating.”
“We have parked our car there and need to extend for a week since our trip was extended, however it has not been possible to contact the company. There is not a direct phone line or email address we can use. I have called Edinburgh airport and can't speak to anyone, it just plays an automated response. I have emailed Edinburgh airport customer service and had no reply.”
“Simple and easy to use within 2 minute walk to terminal and mainly undercover. Technically understandable to most but your friendly, helpful staff on site are there to help out if required.

“No drama- drove up to the barrier and got my ticket, waited 5 mins for the bus, coming back was the the same- when you drive up to the barrier it recognises the reg plate and the barrier lifts, the parking bays are not that big but are ok and i would certainly use plane parking again”
